I recently had my windows tinted here and Moe was my salesman. During the selling process Moe was attentive and helpful. I purchased their $269.00 lifetime warranty 3M tint for my Ford F-150. The job was completed within an hour. Upon the return of my vehicle I noticed some sort of staining around my headliner right where it meets the back window. I brought this to the attention of Moe and he asked his installer about it and he said "it was already like that" I touched the stained area and it was wet so Moe said let it dry and it will go away. Well after a couple of days the stain didnt go away. So I returned to the shop and Moe said he would fix it for $100 I did not accept his offer. A few days later I noticed that the tint on my passenger side window was peeling off and I started inspecting the other Windows and noticed that the back window had bubbles in it. I took the truck back to Moe and he said bring it back tomorrow. Next day I called and made a 1:30 appointment to have my windows redone. When I get there I was ignored at first and finally Moe said we will get to you in a few minutes and he and two other guys go into the office and start eating hot wings. My windows did get redone. However my headliner is still stained and it cannot be cleaned. I feel screwed over and will never return here.

Worst place ever.... Do not take your car here... Unless you want to be screwed out of your money... Took my car here to get new headlights in and turns out the headlights didnt fit which wasnt a problem we asked for them to put my old headlights back in but come to find out they didnt even connect them right and they broke wires and the connectors so I was stuck with no headlights... And nobody told us about the connectors they cracked and decided to zip tie back together (like that really holds it in place).... If you really like your car dont take it here... They will screw up things and not even tell you about it until you get home and realize it yourself... They just want your money.

This place is sorry as hell. I went back up to the shop because my speaker wasnt working. They would not look at it because I didnt have much receipt. They give you a warranty on the work but I didnt know you have to have your receipt. Its been a fee months and its hard to keep up with it. They wouldnt even look it up on the computer. The crazy part if the would of checked my speaker and it was bad I would of bought another from them. I cant deal with sorry customer service. Oh and by the way they were charging me just to look at the speaker.....

The guys here are simply amazing. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else at all. The people that seem to complain appear to be employees at competitors that are upset that Super Sound is taking their customers with their superior service, or theyre simply people that you just cant make happy under any circumstances.
