Marjam is one of the worst Building supplies house I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. A few years ago I stopped buy from Marjam because of the lack of service, waiting for an hour for material, the material being in unusable condition. For the pas two years one of their outside sales reps try to get my business back, between his hard work and promises of the service getting better I said I would try them again. The worst mistake I ever made, the first delivery (and only) between 8 am and 10 am, no show,call told it will be there before noon, again no show five men with nothing to do, but getting paid. The delivery final shows up at 2:30PM, and it was short material. In the meantime I receive an email from the office stating I should know that there is delays and thing happened since I have been in the business that long. I pay on CC COD so I a paid the day before , now 10 days have gone by and still have not received the credit for the material not delivered, nor any calls from any management. Looking for though the invoice I was charged twice for deliveries I was told there was no charge for by my rep. Lies, very poor service. I cant believe that they are still in business. If you are a contractor there are many building supply houses with better pricing and will work hard for you and your company. Save yourself the aggravation and buy from another company. I had to give a star or it wouldnt post.
