Lets start by giving a salute to ALL VETERANS, both young and old and thank you for your service. I received a email from a veteran who visited a home depot location and was denied a discount because he has a VA ID card that does not have an expiration date on it. According to the information furnished they have a VA identifier laminated card furnished from their corporate office stating NOT to accept this persons card. I dont believe veterans should be separated we ALL served and thats that... Thank you to each and every vet for your service to our country...

Been to this store many times, and overall have been quite happy with the service received. Especially Bryan in Millworks and Lydia in customer service, have been extremely patient and helpful, and we are very impressed. Of course there are some other not-so-friendly employees in customer service that keep reciting the "official" language saying nothing is due yet and nothing is certain, but having some exceptional employees makes up for that. Selection wise, hope that more can be in stock instead of special order, which usually takes a long time to receive.

Visited the Westbury store a few weeks ago and met Jeff Weber from the Tool Rental Department. Jeff assisted me in moving the large 4x8 wall board sheet stacked just outside his Rental unit and also showed me how to score and separate the sheets into manageable sizes to transport home. Jeff made my do it yourself project both a learning and manageable experience rather than a chore. Thanks to Jeff and the pleasant atmosphere the Westbury store is my first choice for any future home projects. Thanks, Jeff.... Charlie

Really--so you want to drop insurance for part time employees? Well then you no longer get my business.Your pathetic excuse like most other businesses is Obama care. Really?? Didnt you know you pay for all UNINSURED when they cant pay their bills?Maybe have no insurance like my son with a pre-existing condition and no one will insure him--But under Obama Care he gets it---and his CHEMO will no longer be a financial burden on him....I will make sure to add you to the list of creedy businesses in our community.

Currently Im waiting at the customer service desk with 9 other people trying to pick up an online order, and seriously considering never ordering from this branch again. The store itself is fine. Standard self serve large DIY warehouse like all the others. But I ordered online for speed and could have gone shopping, picked up what I needed, gone through checkout, and hauled it to my car in the time Ive been waiting here.

Their customer service is atrocious. Corporate customer support is even worse. So if you have a problem in store, dont count on getting it resolved. Weve had so many problems with their products being crap, so buyer beware. DEFINITELY PREFER LOWES. Theyre much more professional there and the store is better stocked! Save yourself the trouble up front, go to Lowes or your local Ace Hardware.

recently i made lot of purchases from the 110 n location ...and had to return several items purchased as they were not the right fit....one person in customer service/returns was very helpful and exceptional....her name is DOROTHY....please consider her for a good increment this coming year!!!!

A very large home depot store comparatively. Strategically located with ample parking. Inventory is high and customers are plenty. As with all other similar home depot stores, the customer representatives on the floor are few and very busy. So do your own research before you come here.

In my area there are many readily accessible Home Depots. However, this is one of the better ones. Not really in a residential area making it less crowded and the store is typically very clean and organized. Wide aisles for maneuvering large carts and actually helpful employees.

Do NOT exchange propane here or expect to ever get a human being on the phone. I have sat here for upwards of 20 minutes totally ignored. Every time. Its horrible service, every time. I dont say this lightly. Go somewhere else
