This is a large store with a huge amount of clothing (at least for women). The prices were about what one would expect at this type of thrift store. But while the clothing is separated by type (skirts, tops, etc) and color, it is not ordered by size at all, and even worse, nearly all the hang tags had a big "7" on them. I also saw some 6s, and a few other numbers. I initially thought that like in every other store, this was the size of the garment. It was only upon seeing nearly every item appearing to be size 7 that I asked an employee walking by And learned the number on the tags the store attaches to the clothing indicates the month the item arrived. So with such a large amount of items and no way to determine the size besides the not so easy task (when theyre all squished together on the rack) of looking inside the garments for the size/washing instructions tag, shopping for clothes is a time consuming, somewhat annoying process. The quality/condition of the clothes ranged from brand new to stained or torn, leaning just a little towards poorer condition, at least what I was looking at. The womens shoes were abundant but probably in the worst shape overall of all the stores items. The purse/handbag section seemed to have items in the best shape overall. Over the course of two visits, the employees ranged from sweet, warm, and extra helpful and thoughtful to extremely and inexplicably nasty, rude and unprofessional. (not counting my real first visit which consisted only of me trying to enter the store 20 minutes before the stated closing time, to pick up an item my friend had put on hold over the phone earlier that day. But the doors were locked, even though those same doors listed the closing time as 20 minutes later. A couple employees were within a few feet of the door and I explained through the door that they had my my desired item right there at the register but they said "too bad" and turned their backs to me. Wow)
