Well I bought a Car audio battery that I Paid $1000 dollars for 4months ago. I took it in to see How much I could get for it because Im Building another Project that Requires Less Power plus it was 1 of 3 batteries that I have. but walked in there. Sat it down and asked him His Much I could get. He typed a number in the calculater and showed it to the OTher employee and said man...imma go look it up..took home 5-8minutes l..he came back and was talking back and fourth like they didnt want me to hear them and very Sneaky about it. He typed in the calculater and said. Ok I can give you about $"10" bucks for it...me in shock..Im like WHAT!! He said ok $"12" bucks... Adding insult To Insult.... I said "You cant do $30 dollars?". he replied "I Seen it on eBay for "$70" dollars and we have to Sale Under EBay." As mad as I was I asked him if He really Had to Go thru All of that Back and forth Mess to tell me that..He had no Respectable Excuse. This is not The First time I went through this kind of Poor Service from the establishment leaving the premises feeling Hustled and disrespected. I dont go there to often, only a couple times a year Because of the Poor Service and I inkt went there Thinking the Staff had either been Trained or Fired For the good but Service there has Gotten worse as well as the Upkeep of the items they do buy. Obviously theres no order or discipline going on because the first I went back in April 2015, I bought some DVDs from them and When u Got home. 1 of the DVDs "Daddy Daycare* to be exact was a "BOOTLEG"..A burned copy of the Original Movie. So Something Has To be Done ASAP. Only thing I Recommend is the Owner AND Corporate To Do a Walk-Through and Investigate Everybody! Its not a Good Thing to have Your Customers leave Your establishment feeling Hustled and Disrespected by Your Staff. Poor Service is Going to Cost you More Then Money.... Thanks For Nothing. returning customer for purchase of 3 tvs in 5 years. wont be returning. poor policy. w/all the crap posted on their walls, they should consolidate the locations & be more concise about return policy. i returned a purchases 14 hrs to get a better product from their location but it didnt work out that way. i was assured the staff was doing their job according to policy. i, however, am still disgruntled about having my receipt & having to show my id (even tho i was reminded they have cameras by the manager), & most importantly, the $15 "buy back fee". plus gas, i wasted 20-25 to come up empty handed & look foolish. i suppose if i wasnt treated unfairly in any way, i still hold grievance w/their policies & the ambiguity. plus, a lot of their merchandise is damaged & their shelves are often empty. they lost a customer. buy new.

it was okay i got a computer for 120$ works like crap their very how would i put this pricy for junk im taking this computer back to get a PC to play fallout but overall customer service 6/10 prices 3/10 deals 2/10 merchandise value 1/10 stock 7/10 so overall 19/50 not even half i will still shop mainly to try to raise reviews but i just want a PC to play Fallout 4 and a couple of other RPGS or just some good games. this buisness is an okay my 19/50 is kinda of a rough review to these people i could raise customer service to 9/10 so still under half at a whopping 22/50 they should take this as learning to improve i know the manager hes nice

How can they sell you a game console without the controller to it and then you take it back to them to sell without the controller and they say we can not take this. Trade it is nothing but a rip off. I will not ever do business with them again. I also bought a laptop from them for $200 and returned that to only get $80 within a months time mind you and the sales associate said that they go down in retail. Ok why did I see the same exact one online for 500 and some odd dollars. Rip off. Ive been doing business with Trade It ever since they opened. No more. Ever!!!!

This business all trade it stores are a rip off do not come here or any other trade it they treat their customers horrible. Theyll be nice to you and once you purchase something and its not working properly because their poor quality control people. They wont even honor their own warranty! People work to hard for their money and they jack up prices and sell non-working electronics. Dont come here or any other trade it! Go to a local pawnshop at lease their stuff works! All they do is prey on people hardship then take advantage of you!!!

Worst darn store ever I bought a Xbox 360 I was so excited to play it I worked fine until now it has coffie stains on the inside and got the red ring of death that means it is fried on the inside the woman I bought it form said it was fine and clean thats a flat down lie it was flithy but I thought it would be fine not break down after less than a month a use worst store ever I want a refund and Im going tomorrow warranty or not hell itself is gonna burn tomorrow

The place is horrible. They give you crappy deals when youre selling things, then resell for triple the price. You could get better deals on eBay. As for the products sold there, Ive been buy stuff from there for years and Ive yet to get a single thing I didnt have to take back because it didnt work or had issues. Theyve hoarded my money and Ive gotten useless paperweight products for it. Not worth your gas money to go there.

It is an absolutely great experience every time I visit Trade-It. The staff is not only helpful, but always knowledgeable about the current inventory. There is always a great selection, and every product is clearly labelled and priced. Also everything is always reasonably priced. I highly recommend a visit to Trade-It in Rocky Mount, you wont regret it!

This place is some garbage, they are the biggest rip offs since taxes. I was promised my money back if i didnt like it in 24 hours, came back the next day and was told Id only get 90% back of my money. Last time i checked i didnt buy it with 90% of my money. Im never coming back here again
