I went in there for the First time yesterday, not only do they not have carts so if your a single mom or coming alone with your baby id recommend leaving baby home because you get a laundry basket (yes a laundry basket) as your cart.. I had a very hard time carrying my 20lb baby in his extremely heavy carseat while carrying a giant laundry basket! They didnt even offer me a basket I had to search around for 15 mins before I had to ask where their carts were. I wasnt greeted when I walked in, the workers never even acknowledged I was there. After finding the clothes I wanted then double checked all the outfits before leaving the clothing section, went to go over to the shoes and the cashier said Ill take your basket and put it up here, while looking at the shoes she rung all my stuff up and then said oh sorry I hope you were getting everything in your basket. When I finally did go to checkout I had spent well over $100, filled a stamp card and they wouldnt let me use it on my purchase. The cashier wasnt friendly at all, was talking to the other cashier during my entire checkout. When I got home and was showing my sons father everything I had bought I then realized they forgot to give me the shirts/onesies to 2 of my outfits!! I wouldnt have noticed this there because she rung me out without me at the register! I live 40 mins away from the store! After calling this morning and explaining that to her the lady says "ok bring it in and we will figure it out I guess" Ill never shop there again, much rather prefer Once Upon a Child in Henrietta and Webster, and would highly recommend that store over Kid to Kid anyday. Im still debating on if I want to go back for the shirts to my outfits I paid for of just say forget it and not drive the forty mins!!!

I tried to sell clothing here about a year ago. 90% of the clothes I brought in were brand new with tags, I was told they would not accept stained clothing.... okay but they were brand new... no sense in arguing. I have since stayed away; last weekend I decided to try again; maybe things had changed. This time to purchase shoes for my 14 month old. Kid to Kid was trying to sell Wal-Mart Brand shoes and boots for $10.99 I can go to Wal-Mart and buy shoes and boots brand new for $13.99 why would I purchase something for $3 less when I can get it brand new?! No thanks. They dont accept anything worth taking and their items are ridiculously over priced! I will continue to shop clearance sales and buy brand new items for cheaper than they try to sell used items for. As far as selling my clothing, theres some fantastic local Facebook pages, Craigslist and Weepeats! Check out these options, even for purchasing used clothing before wasting your time at Kid to Kid.

I will never step foot into that store ever again. They are very misleading. I called today to find out the process and how it works to sell clothes there. The employee said I can bring the clothes in as long the clothes are gently used. She never stated a specific time to when to bring the clothes in and did not mention that they had a time limit to when they did not accept clothes for sale. It took 20 mins to drive there just for an employee to say we are not accepting clothes for sale at this time. I explained the whole situation and she was rude. This was my first experience there. I am not impress at all. I rarely write reviews to say how much I dislike something but I felt a need to share so others may know. Please save yourself for going out of your way to a negative experience. You will be much happier with your experience at once upon a child.

I only gave this 1 star because it wouldnt allow me to give 0. Just as other reviews have stated Ive taken several totes of clothes to Kid to Kid, the most Ive ever gotten was $16. I take the same totes to Once Upon a child, I walk out with $80. Im told the reason why they are passing on some clothes is due to light staining and out of date clothing- my daughter is 2, not sure how out of date the clothes can be and Ive sold enough times to not want to embarrass myself by including stained clothing. Ironically the few times Ive browsed thru Kid to Kid I always come acrossed at least one stained item. Once upon a child has a far better selection, way more friendly staff and they actually take the time to go thru the totes that you spent all that time preparing. Dont waste your time.

Once upon a Child is much better! Ive went to kid to kid to sell and they barely took anything, I took the same to once upon and they took about half of whats brought and I got $25. A few months later I decided to give it another try... I brought 3 large totes and two garbage bags... They were done at kid 2 kid in 20 minutes and the tops of the bins were moved around but the bottom of the bins were exactly how I packed them, then they were extremely rude customer service. I wrote a letter to the company and never heard back at all. I took those same totes and garbage bags to once upon. It took three hours but I left once upon with $160! Im never going back to kid 2 kid!

Just heard about this store last week, expecting my first grandchild very soon. Love this store and the wonderful ladies working there! The products are clean and the store is very neat. Prices are very reasonable. I didnt find 1 thing broken or with a stain. The women working there were very pleasant and helpful. I definitely would recommend this store to anyone with young children. Why pay full price for something that will only be used a few months? The products here look practically brand new! Ill come back here many times over.

The girls working there are a total joke. Not only are they rude and inconsiderate towards customers. But it would seem like they know nothing about childrens cloths!! And besides making up BS reasons as to why they cant take your items, They LOVE talking on the phone and bitching about being at work etc... The store is unorganized, filthy, and honestly a waste of time! if you want to sell your used clothing your better off trying to sell it online or else where at least then youll get your honest amount.

This was my first visit to Kid to Kid, and honestly Ive never been more satisfied with my shopping experience. I was shopping for a birthday present for my niece, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a employee. The employees name was Stephanie, and she helped me pick out an assortment of outfits. The customer service was incredible, and I will surely be telling my friends about my shopping experience.

They "lost" 3 bags of clothing that my daughter brought in for exchange/sale . They did however offer her less than $8 for the lot before missplacing . She has called numerous times to speak with owner never had a phone call returned . Advice dont leave clothing with them and dont expect much in return . Also their customer service is terrible never shop there again .
