They dont know how to price things. some managers are very unfriendly. They dont really care about the community, as they are a FOR PROFIT business! They only give a tiny percentage of what they make to big brothers and big sisters of America. Their impact on the environment is HORRIBLE!! *****Support some other place that isnt for profit. (Go to AVBI Goodwill. they care about the community, their employees, and their environmental impact they have as well, unlike savers).***** The employees are not even treated fairly: --There is favoritism, --unfair write-ups, --unrealistic expectations placed on everyone every day, -- and the supposed positive atmosphere doesnt go a step beyond the doors to the back processing room. < The sales floor seems positive. The way the employees are treated in the back room is negative and would be an eye-opening experience for a customer to see what really goes on.> Oh, and dont forget the fact that they dont recycle any items besides cloth. Everything else is tossed, at least 2 big garbage bins full of housewares items, every day!! BOTTOM LINE: DON"T SUPPORT A STORE THAT HAS A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON ITS ENVIRONMENT, EMPLOYEES, & IS ***FOR PROFIT***!!!

They have a nice variety of items but over the last few months the pricing has skyrocketed. A perfect example is an old desk that I loved until I saw the price of 700 dollars. I then noticed how beat the thing was and what it would take to make the drawers work again. The clothing prices have jumped as well. Jeans used to be around 5 bucks and now if there any known brand they will set you back 9 to 10 dollars minimum. Higher end brands jump to 15 dollars. A few months ago I would have given it 4 stars. A year ago it would have been 5 out of 5. The management that I became friendly with changed (Went to run a goodwill instead) and since that happened the store has started going down hill.

I didnt want to give this 1 star. I was very disappointed with my visit today to this store. I traveled 2 hours to come to this store. What a waste of time. This store is no comparison to the store that closed in Henrietta. Henrietta was clean and organized. The clothing was organized by size and color. The clothing was used but of quality. I found the Webster store to be unorganized. I saw clothing with stains and holes hanging to be sold. The plus size clothing was put in with the xl size clothing. Not to mention all colors were mixed together. Sweaters were in with t-shirts. I feel like I wasted 6 hrs of my time today. Not impressed with this store!

Most of the staff at the Webster location is unfriendly. They always looks like they dont want to be bother. I would rather shop at Savers then Goodwill. Goodwill treat their employees that are working at the stores poorly. They cut their hours and pay then minimum wage while the employees who work in the corporate building get pay the big bucks and they receive large amount of holidays bonus every year. I dont like to shop at Goodwill because even though they are non for profit but they paid themselves the big bucks first then they will help with little of what is left. That is why they have a high turn over of employees.

MUCH MUCH better than Goodwill (Badwill). I am glad they are a for profit business because you know what the prices on things that matter to me are cheaper here than they are at Badwill up the road. Personally I do not shop at a thrift store so I feel like I am doing something good for the community and pay close to retail pricing, I already give give give in my taxes, donations etc, I want CHEAP prices or at least fair prices for goods that the store gets for free anyway. So cleaner and better than Badwill!

some things are overpriced. $2.oo for a quart size canning jar when they are 75 cents to $1 new. definitely have to hit their "sales" days when they have 40 % off or more.
