I was initially hesitant to visit this store, due to the negative review about the staff, but I was looking for a rather difficult to find spirit, and the internet led me here. My first impression was that of a smiling employee, loading a case of wine into a car for a customer. Every person inside was smiling and very helpful. I cannot help but think the negative review was written by a competitor. I highly recommend this place!

I go to this location often for many years and I have never had a problem. The staff is always eager to help and extremely nice. I bought a bottle of gin there and I was not happy with the flavor. I brought it back thinking there was nothing they could do for me since I opened the bottle. The store manager gave me credit towards another bottle. I was shocked. I will not go anywhere else.

They have great wines with great prices but the customer service sucks. Not one time have I gone in there and they approached me for help not one time. When I went in today I went to go pay and the guy is too busy playing with his cell phone trying to figure out where to plug it instead of taking care of me. Terrible customer service

New ownership, quality slowly dropping off. Couldnt take my holiday order because they were too busy. Premade baskets arent as nice as they were previously, ceramic wine holders no longer carried, more expensive than The Wine Guy and Mayfair Liquors. Hoping things change. Store is slower in the last year than Ive ever seen it.

The staff and manager may have the worst customer service skills. This is a store that I will never go back to after my situation there yesterday. There are too many other store in the neighborhood that you can get better treatment.

While the store itself was beautiful and had a wide selection, including the ability to engrave, the staff I dealt with were extremely rude. I will never frequent this store again.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating . I happen to be looking for a special organic Tequila which they didnt have but they are going to try to order it for me .
