An utterly abysmal experience with this company. I buy a lot of wine from many places around the US and this is the worst ever experience by miles. I ordered two bottles of a very specific vintage and plot - the wine that was delivered was wrong vintage and plot. I immediately called to report this and was met with ridiculous statements such as "the wine we have delivered is actually better, so you should be happy" - absolutely not true and any serious wine shop should never assume that a buyer should be grateful for an unauthorized substitution!! Reluctantly, Mike agreed that they would try to locate the actual wine I ordered and they would send a courier to collect the wine. 5 MONTHS LATER..... I have called once every 2 weeks to follow up, left repeated voicemails, sent emails to the contact email address on the website and nothing has been done. The wine is still waiting to be collected. Totally unacceptable.

If I could give a zero, I certainly would. These guys take your order and then NEVER ship your product. They took my money and I did not receive the wine ordered! It is purely a scam! Ive called customer service twice a week for four weeks and there is a guy there that always comes to the phone and says someone will call back within the hour. Of course nobody calls back. Then he said he would email you a tracking number for UPS. And the next time I called he said there was no tracking number because there had not been a shipment. I asked him to return my money and he says ok and hangs up! Dont order from here. IT IS A SCAM BUSINESS!

I love getting my wine from this place. Jeff knows his info. Some of the wines Ive picked up over the years on the cheap have been outstanding. You should have some general wine knowledge and know what you are looking for, as it helps. Sign up for the email to receive (a lot) of emails with flash deals etc.

I didnt like the shipping service it take almost a month to send it and I have to call them to check whats go in on with my order several times they charge money inmidiatly but it take very long to send it to you
