(Visited on 9/21/2008, around 7:20 PM.) The restaurant (more like a fast-food place) was ill-equipped to handle travelers, especially when tour buses arrive on Interstate 90. Many items were "unavailable", yet NO signs were in place to indicate this lack of menu items. Customers wait in line, only to be disappointed by the lack of some item, then waste more time trying to think of an alternate selection. All of this occurs with a "single-server" queue! After providing a requested name for the order(s), only the computer-generated number (NB: NOT the "name") are called out, by an employee (sans hairnet) who announced the order while shaking his hair away from his face OVER the food!!! The orders were left on the counter, with NO verification that the CORRECT customer received his or her order. As if not enough, the "Dogzilla" was served on two (2) split burger buns, indicating further shortages behind the counter. Unfortunately, it gets worse! The "fixings" and condiments area was poorly stocked, and littered with trash from customers encumbered by the over-stuffed refuse disposal bins. The "self-serve" beverage facility was the top spot of the visit! Not only available for re-fills for customers, many NON-CUSTOMERS, with their OWN cups, mugs and at least one (1) 64+ oz picnic/game thermos, helped themselves at will at this unsupervised area. I would like to think that a service area facility restaurant is not an example of what a customer might expect at a Fuddruckers. Should I ever return to that same service area, I know where NOT to dine. I doubt that anyone will read this. (Google should provide my return address)

Awful taste of the Regular coffee. The taste of the coffee doesnt aligned with the taste of Canadian Tim Hortons Coffee. French vanilla taste was also awful, seems that the sugar and vanilla essence dissolved in the colored water. Also the coffee is much more pricier than Canadian Tim Hortons

This is just Tim Hortons by name. To go to a real Tim Hortons you must go to Canada.

Coffee is always fresh and they have a variety of sugarfree syrups which is nice.
