Donuts may be okay but didnt get to find out. I wanted to try their donuts for the first time and was in the area so stopped in just before closing. I remembered I had a "free donut" coupon from them in my wallet so presented that to the cashier and was told they "no longer accept these coupons". There was no sign on the door or anything but whatever, so I just ordered a single glazed. It rang up at $1.02 and I didnt want to get .98 back so asked if they had the .02 handy for my $1bill (there was a big jar full of change on the counter) especially since I hadnt expected to pay anything when I came in. I got a look like I was trying to rip them off so just said "never mind" and left. Wont be back.

June Update - Just to update RISE is my favorite for southern breakfast biscuits. Amazing donuts and a really great staff even during their busiest periods. Visit this location when you have the chance I have been really impressed since my initial visit. (6/27) I really enjoy the food but it does seem just a bit overpriced. Especially when customer service is pretty inconsistent/lack-luster. I think that they would get more business if the cashiers were willing to explain their menu a little more when customers come in for the first time! I hope its not like that at the other locations that are seeming to pop up in the area but I can only speak on my experience to date. (January 2016)

Almost everyone is very friendly. Donuts are good. Had one bad bunch but overall good product. The breakfast sandwiches are extremely greasy...yuck! I have on two occasions experienced the MANAGER and other employees handling my food with their bare hands. After the second time I contacted the owner. He spoke with management and of course he denied any wrongdoing. The owner said he would check the cameras and get back to me. He never did. I contacted him again recently for an update and he still has not responded. I guess the owner and management are ok with allowing staff to prepare food with no gloves. Gross!!! Will never return.

My friend Phil who works there convinced me to finally come out. I was skeptical b/c I usually go to either Bojangles, McDonalds, or Dunkin Donuts for a biscuit.. or even biscuitville, but let me tell you.. they had the best biscuit I ever ate. I had the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and the quality you can literally taste. The eggs were fresh and scrambled, the cheese was much higher quality, and the bread was fluffy. I am so pleased, now I drive 15 min out just to eat there as much as possible. They do close at 2 p.m. though, so its mostly just breakfast.

Ive been here several times. Its always packed with people eager to get their hands on Rises tasty biscuits and donuts. Everything here is made fresh each day and the food is amazing. They have an ever evolving display of donuts that are as beautiful as they are delicious. The biscuits are big and flaky as they should be. Located in the corner of Park West Shopping Center it is in the perfect spot to swing in, grab a bite, and go shopping. You will not be sorry you visited this foodie paradise.

Can you say friendly, friendly, friendly customer service ? This on top of delicious biscuits and donuts. My son and I had a great experience on our first visit. We each had a biscuit and a donut and we both loved all we tried. The gentleman who rang us up and the folks who served us were all friendly and engaging and quite frankly, could give some other customer service folks in the area some tips on how to welcome and interact with customers . Well be back!

The chicken was remarkably good. Fried to order, and served on large fluffy biscuit. I added a runny egg, which while delicious, ended up being more of a mess than i wanted on a handheld affair. Also worth a mention, the (location specific to Morrisville) Bavarian cream filled chocolate iced donut. Split one with a friend to save some calories, but dont pass it up if youre a fan of the flavor. Its a heck of a meal ending treat.

When this shop opened, I was not impressed with their donuts at all. They have improved monumentally over the last year, however. Had great yeast and cake donuts today, and as always the biscuits and hash cakes are ridiculously delicious. They serve local coffee as well. Not a lot of space inside, but plenty of room at tables outside if the weather is nice. Keep in mind they are only open until mid-afternoon.

My first time at the Morrisville location and the customer service delivered in a big way. My biscuits were supposed to be sausage, egg, and cheddar, but got made with bacon instead. I was walking back to my car when an employee flagged me down and told me they had made the biscuits with bacon instead. They made my order over again with sausage this time and let me keep the first ones too. A+ service.

We like a lot of the donuts but every time we come they are out of our favorite ones. With little kids its hard to make it first thing in the morning and a bummer that they never have our favorites by the time we get there. Would totally understand if it was a couple times but its been every time. We get excited then are very disappointed theyre out again :/. Really frustrating

The quality of food was excellent but there are many things I would change. No skim milk for coffee, no discounts on dozen biscuits, boxes for donuts (mine were crammed into a bag). It is a place oriented towards takeout but without take out pricing or packing. If local I may repeat visit but there are better places closer to me.

They mixed up our order last time and Ive gotten burnt chicken with uncooked breading a few times now. Im not impressed by this location of Rise. It has been really good twice, but for the majority of the times Ive been here, its been quite disappointing. If you go, Id suggest getting a donut; their apple fritter is delicious!

Stopped by from several states away on a recommendation, at 11am and they had one type of doughnut left. I guess they are trying to be like dunkin doughnuts, they cook once a day and thats it. This doesnt make them more rare this makes me plan to not return. Call before you go I guess is what you can take from this review.

Their biscuits are awesome!! I love the creative donut flavors, and everyone working here is always really friendly. During nice weather, its great to sit outside under the orange umbrellas, although it can get REALLY crowded on weekends, so be prepared to wait in line and maybe not get your fave donut if they run out.

Everything is fresh, and way too delicious. Im a fan of the Nutella donut, & the chocolate icing donut. Im not much into biscuits but, my hubby is, he loves them all. especially the Buffalo chicken biscuit. The Morrisville location is quick and efficient. No long waits there!

Great selection of biscuits and doughnuts. Truly original selection of doughnuts along with more standard varieties. Try the Apple fritters, or the runny egg biscuit with Vermont white cheddar cheese. One of our go-to fun breakfast stops.
