Its always seemingly bustling....Which consequently results in an EXTREMELY disproportionate staff to customer ratio. Furthermore, this causes delays, and at times it brings forth attitude from both customers and staff causing tension. Speaking of the amount of customers the lines as many have touched upon, are quite long. Many customers who have tight schedules are forced to withdraw without so much as a single donut. Now, there are pros and cons to any situation so I think Ill justly touch upon a couple of the pros: 1. There is a great variety in terms of the menu. 2. Although some employees have distasteful attitudes others infact love their job(or if not they act in a proper manner nonetheless), and are downright pleasant. 3.Aesthetically the building is pretty nice and well kept, and they have a decent seating area. Final Say: There are as I stated before both PROS and CONS! Although, for some the cons outweigh the pros and vice versa. In the end though, it all comes down to your personal opinion ;)

Went in today on a Sunday after 5 pm they were out of almost everything. I asked what time they were open till the guy said 11pm. I dont understand how u can be out of almost all of the different kinds of doughnuts this is what people come here for! The guy just shrugged his shoulders like oh well. He asked the lady in the back if there were any pumpkin spice and she rolled her eyes and said no. So the newness has worn off it seems. So I will be taking my business to the Raleigh location when we want doughnuts. Its a drive but I wont be visiting this location again. Staff doesnt seem to care, people were standing around. They had 2 glazed on display no chocolate glazed no blueberry cake I could go on. I would advise to visit another location or maybe arrive when the doors open to ensure you actually get the kind that you were looking for!

Up until Thursday of last week I enjoyed going to get donuts here. Last week I walked in and 3 people were already in line and there was no one working the front. They were several people in the back working but no one acknowledged us. One man said is anyone working up here and one lady shouted yes but still no one came. I then could hear them saying things about the man who called them out and they were also laughing about him. Keep in mind they did not come over but a lady named Manju came up and handled our orders. She was very kind, if people do not like their job find one you love or at least like. If you do not have education go back to school. They act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. I am done with this location.

This place is horrible waited in line for 20 minutes before anyone said anything to me then I was told they did not have any ready because machine was down. I asked to speak to manager on duty and a guy named Mr. Bill came to talk to me and was very rude with me. I overheard him talking to some of his employees and downing them calling them names and telling them they were slow this is unacceptable. This location really needs to be closed down they are unsanitary employees go take trash out and come back without washing their hands nasty. They never have doughnuts ready machines always seem to break down. They have alot of very rude nasty attitude employees working there that need to be fired.

I just waited in my car in line for over half an hour for one apple crisp. The workers were assembling an order for a charity event, but they failed to secure extra staff or warn customers of the delay or close until they had satisfied the charity order. As a result, I gave my order to the box and wondered why it was taking almost 10 minutes per car. When I got there, the clerk asked me what I had ordered. They were making up the orders AFTER the cars reached the window. The reason to have humans instead of robots doing these services is so they can deal with unusual situations. This place is a big FAIL.

I wouldnt even give this place a star. Terrible serivice always a line wrapped around the building. Plus the employees have no customers service skills. They are rude and dont care about anything. One day i pulled in the drive through and it seemed as if all the employees were outside smoking meanwhile the line was only getting longer. They have some serious management issues going on. Will never return. The lack of customer service make me scared to even think of how they handle food.

We went in last night and the dining area and bathrooms were immaculate, however, the glaze was all over the floor in the cooking area and the floor looked like it had not been swept all week. The rollers where the donuts were was caked up with sugar. It was a hot mess. I have never seen a Krispy Kreme so dirty. I looked all over for a sanitation grade and there was none in sight. UGH.

Pulled into drive in line at 8 pm. Did not get my doughnuts (only 4) for 20 minutes waiting in the car line as many were pulling off without buying dougnuts. I dont blame them, almost pulled away myself. Oh, and got home and 2 of the dougnuts were stale as hell. This is unacceptable and I will never go back to this location.

I too get annoyed about them always being out of everything but PAlease thats cause the donuts are so good!!!! No wonder .... Best bribe Ive got going for kids-husband and even use a little for the German shepherds.... Just a nibble... Plus the staff is really nice and seem as though they actually enjoy being there.

After placing our order in drive-thru, server comes back a few minutes later to notify us that they dont have ingredients to make our drinks, asks if we want something else, so we agreed. Drinks were horrible and undrinkable went directly into trash, at gas station next door. Waste of money! Donuts were great though!

Its insane how slow they are. Tonight was my third night in a row attempting to get donuts! Came in the drive thru and ordered one donut at 9:30, it was 10:00 and I was still in line! I left the line because , it was not moving. This is my third time getting out of line bc they are soooooo slow! Its pretty pathetic.

This krispy kreme really falls short. Seems like every time I come they are out of just about everytime. If you are open until 11pm then you need to be sure you have enough to last until closing. The staff is very unprofessional. I waited ten minutes before anyone even approached me to take my order.

Worst krispy kreme ive ever been at. 1st time there where no original glazed. How do u run out of whats the most popular. 2nd time i went i was waiting in the drive over 30mins when i pulled up to the window thwy didnt wven have my order. NEVER AGAIN.! Id rather go to dunkin donuts across the street.

Someone say stop eating the Krispy Kreme , why I say, I only eat them when the light is flashing. lol I am hooked. But I will say they need to cut back the dial on the icing sprayer someone is a little too buzzed on sugar I can only eat one and wipe off some of the glaze. This is just my thought.
