Great looking, clean store. I use the drive through frequently and have never been able to get my order understood. There are a lot of young people working there and they all seem to be falling all over each other. I always order at least 2 or more drinks and ALWAYS have to ask for a drink carrier as theyre shoving the drinks and my change out the window at the same time. Some of them have even rolled their eyes when I ask for a carrier. And sandwich orders.....forget about it ! I havent given up on this store, thought they were still training, but have cancelled a few food orders.....not worth the repeated explanation. Ill give it another shot but will defiantly drive out of my way if this continues.

If I could give them a lower rating I would.Worst staff,theyll never get your order right unless you go inside and the Coffee taste like poop till you make it home or work to add your own sugers

Fast service. But they did make few mistakes on multiple visits =( ordered black coffee but got dbl/dbl instead, ordered plain bagel toasted with CC but it wasnt toasted #sad

New and modern yet with a flair of what made "The Queen City" special. The donuts, Breakfast and Lunch Sandwiches are delicious. The crew is bilingual and the coffee is great.

Worst experience, my bagel had ragweed in it. Staff was a mess. I recommend avoided, stay clear, unless you what to feel sick after eating there like I did.

You can only stand at the front of the line completely unacknowledged by staff for so long before you need to leave the store with your dignity intact.
