Terrible. After waiting a few minutes for my order, I was told there were no Chabatas and had to order something else ... not ed hat I wanted. I ordered two coffees, and both were wrong. This is NOT the first time. I spend on average $20.00 a week and been a patron for over10 years your service at the Robinson Rd and Beatty Rd store and the quality of service has gone down. Oh ..... butter on both side is how its done ... not just one side.

I like Tim Hortons food but it probably says a lot about how incredibly pre-processed their food is when the level of trailer-trash, walmart-rejects that this location hires can manage to fumble it together without the use of opposable thumbs for the lowest wage allowable by law.

I go to this location a few times a day and always great service, when I go into the store they already know what Im going to order, and the few times my order has been wrong they always fix it with a smile, this is my favorite location in Lockport!

Soggy, greasey egg sandwich with one piece of fatty bacon slapped down on the counter in front of me. They do have good coffee but the worst to-go cup in the industry..

Excellent service and experience. Staff was friendly and fast. Food was great. Nice cafe atmosphere. Very clean. Easier to park compared Tim Hortons plenty of space.
