I pass Centereach Auto Parts just about everyday on my way to and from work. I had been intending to stop in for a price on rim repair. Well I got a flat tire about 1/2 mile up the road and I drove the 1/2 mile to their shop to have the rim fixed and try to change my tire. I must say never have I encountered such a goup of unhelpful, uncaring lackluster excuses for men. I am a very independent woman who was not expecting help, but needed help to change my tire. Not only did they not offer to help they pretty much laughed in my face and gave me the " dont even ask for help" look. I had my rim repaired (by them unfortunately) and eventually had a tow truck come to help me get the spare tire on. The way you treat people in need tell me alot about your character and I see these men have none...especially Butch. He laughed at my situation when I came in to pay for the repaired rim as if being a single mom with limited funds struggling to keep up was in his mind funny. I will never ever step foot in this establishment again. to some small establishments such as his...word of mouth can mean everything to them. No good words about this business out of my mouth!

Ive visited this shop countless times in a pinch and they have saved me every single time without fail. Mike has come through even when other shops told me what I was trying to do was impossible - i.e., fixing a Brembo caliper with a broken bleeder screw in it; pressing aluminum spherical ball bearings into factory control arms; repairing a rim that was crushed from a side impact with a curb, the list goes on. Truthfully, Im a little OCD and because of that I do not let anyone work on my car, I trust very few people to do quality work, but I have full trust in Mike at Centerearch Auto. I highly recommend!!!

Horrible, Zero stars is deserved. Youd be better off taking it to Pep Boys and buying a can of Krylon paint and doing it in the parking lot. Very good friend of mine trusted them with Show Jeep parts and they were given three weeks to complete a task and two days before the parts were supposed to be done and delivered back to be installed on the jeep, they informed the owner that the parts were not in and the job was not completed. Unacceptable, unprofessional, this company gets an F rating and I urge everyone to pass the word on that this company does not care about their customers.

Very lousy customer service you walk in expecting to talk with about what youre looking for and what youre trying to have done and they just ignore you. Seems to me like the customer should be the first thing that they reach out to you as soon as they walk in the door but apparently this place doesnt seem to follow suit with normal places of business. Id rather deal outright with Pep Boys to come into this store. I just opened a shop about 5 miles from here and I will never come here for parts ever. They lost a good commercial customer before they even had one

Great prices and customer service! I work for an auto repair shop who uses centereach auto parts for machine and press work. They always go an extra mile to make sure they can be as much help as possible. The owner is a really nice guy who took in one of our jobs very late on a saturday and got the part back to us within an hour. This kind of customer service should not go unnoticed! I highly reccomend them for any of your automotive needs!! A+

There is some real poor management in this facility. They had over 2 weeks to get a project done and literally waited until the last second to try and get it done. Now with less than a day till needed they mysteriously dont have what was needed to get it done. They have no concept of a deadline. Neither I or anyone I know will ever step foot near this facility. What a joke

Absolutely terrible. I brought them some wheels for my truck to be powder coated. I told them I needed them in 3 weeks. I stopped by on the day they said the job would be finished and they werent done. They told me the color was on back order. Didnt bother to call me, I had to stop in to find out. I ended up bringing my business to a real powder coat shop.

Absolutely horrible. Would give no stars if possible. Dropped off parts and picked a color parts sat for three weeks told them needed parts by certain day....two days before parts were needed they tell us they cant get the color? Completely unacceptable. I would rather use crayons on my parts than trust these clowns with your stuff. Stay away from them!

Told me 1 week for a boring job for a chrysler stroker... ended up taking 3 weeks. They tried to keep the cylinder heads and main bearing caps.. place is horrible.. they didnt line bore the crank.. had to send to another shop to fix the absolute hack job this place did... I hope they close their doors for good.

This company is the worst company Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I just needed a couple lawn chairs coated "high gloss red,"after waiting two months I found out that he doesnt even have the stuff to make that color. Who in their right mind cant make/get a common clolor

Dont know what everyones whining and complaining is about. This place is great. Been using them for a decade. Guys do quality machine work and are up front. These guys will come through in a pinch and get things done that others will tell you is impossible.

Wanted them to powdercoat some stuff I had dropped off a while back, seemed like months basically and all of a sudden they cant get the color. Customer service is a joke here, they made me feel like I was the person to put the blame on. Screw you guys.

Nothing good to say about them. Took too long to get a quote and then i ship them my parts and havent seen them in months. Everytime i call alli get is they will be shipping out in 2-3days. Now they wont even answer when i call. Beware of them!!!!

Wow. Not a good place to go if you need something done properly. Promised the world only to be treated like crap. A simple "No, we cant do that" would have made life a whole lot better. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

I have sent them a few jobs I needed done for my customers. Mostly cylinder head repair on stock engines, flywheel resurfacing etc. The price was good, the turn around was extremely fast and I have not had any comebacks.
