While this bike shop may charge for air... (and he has every right to. If you dont like that dont go there!pffft.) I brought my bike in after a small accident i had. There was something wrong with the back derailleur i believe, he got it working like NEW. i was bwey surprised with how smooth the gear mechanism worked afterward. He also fixed my rear brake which had a huge deadzone and finally balanced my front tire. And in the end, he gave me 5 bucks off. I consider myself and annoying customer, i ask a lot of questions and he was very patient and professional. I have returned to this bike store twice after this and my experience was just as good. It looks like the store has a large local customer base so the lines may be a bit long but this guys knows what hes doing. 5 stars for this bike repair shop.

Sorry, wont be coming back. Came in with a work-in-progress bike that I am fixing up (an old Fuji). For a new chain (and if they had it new back derailer gears and front derailer). Owner said my bike is all broken and refused to help. I know its broken I am fixing it up (as I told him). I just needed a new chain, hell he couldve put it in my hand and made $15 right there. But nope. I dont understand the point of a bike repair shop that refuses to repair your bike. Yes its an old (60s or 70s) Fuji and the parts are hard to find, but he didnt even sell me a chain. I will just end up buying a chain on amazon or some other places and continue doing the rapirs myself (slowly haha).

Great service, speedy and cheap. Cant understand why other have had such an issue, but everyone has a bad day at the office. However, each time Ive been in the guy had been knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend. I like Roys too, but sometimes the queues there are proper manic and the staff are too harrased to give you decent service. Nice change to be looked after by one person ....

Store owner is a total c*nt. Hauled my bike all the way there to get a simple tire and tube change. (Brought my own) Only came here because the line at Roys was too long. I guess their line is long for a reason. He said "no I dont want to do it". Ok... deny a paying customer. See how far that gets you, pal. Enjoy the dollar menu.

Amazing service. Went there and got a Dahon iOS D9 folding bicycle. Eduard (the owner) assembled everything and made sure all parts were in working order. He also helped me pick out a helmet as well as a headlight and backlight. Very patient and helpful! Would recommend him hands down.

caught a nail and a nasty flat at 8:30pm on a Friday 2 blocks north. They were still open and did FAST, inexpensive, and VERY GOOD work to get me rolling again so I could see the Coney Island Fireworks. Highly recommended. Really friendly too.

Asked to borrow a pump and he tried charging me to blow up air. I said Roys does it for free, he replies ,"I dont give a s**t what Roys does". Disgusted is how I felt about this guys shop. Do not go here. Go to Roys. The air is free there
