This is by far one of the worst pet land stores Ive been to! If I could have gave this location no stars I would have but its not so they will get the lowest rating! I was targeted and followed around while I shopped the entire time. I felt very uncomfortable and confused by the manager and employees descion to follow me throughout the store. The only reason why I can confidenly say that is was being followed is because I asked the manager a question in regards to a specific product and he could not even give me an answer on a product that is being sold at a store he was managing. He also seemed uninterested didnt really even pretend to be trying to provide me with customer service. I wouldnt have purchased the dog food if I had spare food until I could have went to a store by my house. Im African American and what makes this experience even worse is that the manager was also African American so Im pretty sure he can imagine how that must feel when he walks into an establishement and some one follows him around the store to encourage "good behavior " Meaning not stealing. I do understand that stores must protect their merchandise but I also think that there are more appropriate ways of going about doing that. This specific location should invest in cameras to ensure they are providing equal customer satisfaction. But for this horrible experience I had and was able to document, I have alerted friends and family not to shop at this specific location for this reason. I will continue to push this issue until it is addressed appropriately. So please people if you are reading this do yourself a favor do not shop here, find somewhere else if you can. I will also be contacting customer relations to express my issue with this location.

Well first of all Ive been in this particular store around four times to see a guinea pig and only got to see it once, which was the last time because I told myself I wasnt leaving this time without purchasing one. Every single time there was no help, the employees walked past you like you didnt even exist!!! But its the closest pet store to me that I knew of (until I found Pet co) so I just HAD to get one from there! Now the last time I went my sister and I asked the guy at the register for help. He abruptly tells us there are associates on the floor ask them to help. So I politely sat and looked at him until he actually called one of them to assist me. Now by this time Im fed up with the store. Every single time they all were on the floor, some attending to animals, some look straight through you. The guy tries to help; us but he doesnt want to pick up the guinea pig!!!! Surprising, I know, someone who works at a pet shop doesnt want to interact with the animals!!!!! So I pick her up myself and I tell him I want this one. I ask about cages, he starts telling me everything but what I need to know. So finally another employee comes to rescue me trying to find a good cage and helps me with all my needs and lets me know the gender of the pig. The guy is obviously mad and they say a few words and he storms off because she told the manager he was not helping, which in truth he didnt. But I gracefully thanked the both of them for their time and finally bought her and some odds and ends to take her home. If you go to this store make sure you find someone knowledgeable and who actually wants to help you in your quest for an animal or what have you because these attitudes I have seen are not the friendliest!

Petland has in provide over the past year since I reviewed then. The store is much larger and more variety of dog products I do mine spending a little more if they get better quality products, so far its looking pretty good. Keep it up! ...

Not really a good spot to get fish of any kind all their fish seemed to be fighting and are hurt or sick and they will try to sell it to you and they also use their hands and not the net to catch the fish for you
