They sold my grandmother a male beta fish his fin were jagged he look sick sure enough he died the second day. She asked them for replacement the manager told her she had to bring in the dead fish she did. Then she came once again with another jagged looking fish I called the manager and he said well that fish cant be replaced and also no refund. I had to work and I feel like this staff took advantage of an elderly woman by giving her these jagged sick looking fish. Also the manager is a rude man yelling and cutting me off in sentence.

This place is very NASTY!!!They close to early and half of their envintory is DEAD. I walked in once and saw a dead parakeet in a cage while other parakeets were eating off of it. Its SEVEN oclock and I cant buy food or medication for my sick fish that they sold me.I cant buy a parakeet for my little cousin because I look like a 15 year old. Also they sold my sister a dead fish and the manager said that it was sleeping.

The store and staff are very clean. I brought a baby Peruvian guinea pig 4/8/2017 and it was sad. Because, I took it away from its mom so today 4/11/2017 I went back to get the mom and now. Both are very happy and well loved. Love the staff they helped me so much on both days. They are the best afternoon staff ever on both days.

The man in that store is very nasty and acts like hes a detective. I went into the store to look at some birds for a friend of mine. When I was about to leave the store, he accused me of stealing birds and wanted me to open up my large pocketbook. When he saw nothing he went sheepishly into the back of the store.

They have awesome pet toys and furniture! Their pet selection isnt bad either. Although they need to lower their prices on the big birds such as the sun conure. $800 isnt really a great price, that bird will die in that pet store of old age. Their parakeets have diarrhea! Its very sad, I had to return my budgie.

They sold me the wrong habitat for Lizard Chinese water Dragon! Spend 112$ for the wrong habitat & I saw a dead lizard inside same tank I bought my Chinese water dragon ! The staff really have no knowledge of how to care for these type reptiles ! Im very dispointed

Well it has very limited collection of fish and plants. Even worse, the little fishes they have not taken care off as if you visit the store, you will witness a ton of decaying aquatic life - including fish..

Bought bad fish , less then 20 hours later one died and the other wasnt active to move in a 30 gallon tank along with other barbs . Not buying fish from that store , just equipment only

The small store but they had everything I needed for my cat. They need more cat grooming products because that store catered more to dog products. The staff answered questions I had.
