DO NOT BUY HERE. I purchased my puppy on Feb 9th 2016, we purchased our three month Soft coated Wheaton terrier for 950. When we got to the pet store there were only female Wheaton terriers out for 1600 and we explained to the sales associate we were looking for a male. She went to the back and brought out our puppy and explained to us they had a special going on and he was only 950. We purchased him and took him home later that week when we brought him for his first check up and shots we found out he was sick with kennels cough. My dog is constantly coughing up flem, eye mucus and cant even run around do to his trouble breathing. after purchasing his medicine I went back to the pet store and explained to them my situation. The woman there told me if wanted to give the dog back for my money and if not they could keep him there for two days to treat him themselves I asked if any of them were vets they all said no. Then they had this machine in the shop to flush out my dogs lungs and told me they were going to give him medication after they used the machine on him. I refused the treatment because no one was a vet. They obviously dealt with kennel cough before because of the equipment and there were also two other dogs in the back room coughing. They tried to tell me kennel cough was common and was due to the weather changing. I just grabbed my dog and left. Ive spent so much money to purchase my dog and to have him treated for this spending money on medication , X-rays , and exams .. Worst experience ever. Im currently filing a suit against this disgusting place.

Such a great place, feels like home with the Beautiful Puppies, the owners and workers are wonderful warm hearted people who enjoy and share it with their customers, but most of all with their animals. They are kept well in the Summer with enough AC and Fans also great temperatures in the winter for the comfort of their dogs. Their place is always clean, havent seen any cleaner which shows how sanitary they are and the importance they put with all efforts to do so. Have never seen any dog cage dirty for it is immedaitly cleaned. Enough food to keep their bellys full and water bottles to keep all their puppies hydrated. Zoorama offers pet grooming, pet supplies and reasonably priced puppies which are mesmerizing. I recommend this pet store above all. When you walk in they make you feel like family. Its truly a great place. Thank you zoorama for your great, wonderful, warm hospitality for me, my Yorkies and Chihuahuas.

Even after putting my deposit down for a cute American Eskimo puppy, they ended up putting her back out in front to sell her. The owner was very rude and the dogs are kept in extremely tiny cages. There were huskies already full grown in small cages and there were puppies eating their own feces. The puppies are too high priced especially for the ones that have been there for over a year. I wish i was able to free them pups to be honest. They look so saddened. Overall it was the worst experience ever. Everyone should go to Tropical Pets over on 205th ave and Norwood. Customer service is so exceptional and the puppies are well kept and clean. This is where I ended up getting my German Sheppard. So adorable. The best Pet shop I have been to so far. It was worth the trip too! =)

Such a great place, I bought a Male Mokie on 3/13/2016 For a great price, the owners and workers are great people and the dogs even come with health coverage when you go to their vets, which is queens animal hospital which is also a great place. Zoorama offers pet grooming, pet supplies and resonably priced puppies which are so cute. I recommend this pet store above all others. When you walk in they make you feel like family. Its truly a great place. Thank you zoorama for the new member to my family and thank you for all you have done!

I bought a female Minpin from here and I love her. The shop well kept the owner and his emplyees very nice & kind, in person and over the phone. All the animals are well kept happy and ready for their new home! If your looking to add to your family this is the place to go, price is great and they also have a GREAT lay a way plan as well... what shop has that! Tips and reading books are there for you to guid you and your pup along the way. Zoo-Rama you were very helpfull and I will futher my services with you thank you

My family bought our dog from Zoo-rama, we got a white miniature Schnauzer and she is the cutest puppy I have ever seen. We have had her for a year now and she has really brought our family together, my younger brother and sisters love her and my parents adore her. Its great buying from such a trusted place, they dont get their dogs from puppy mills, only from trusted breeders which is not so easy to find these days and their prices are very reasonable. 5 stars!

Purchased my Boxer (Mynx) from them 5 yrs ago and they are wonderful. Management and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They offer different payments plans. I have seen the vet come in and provide quality care treatment for prevention and long lasting health of the animals. I highly recommend them not because the sold me a great dog but because they always available to help with all questions, worries and ways to keep My Boxer absolutely healthy!

Place should be closed down. God only knows where the dogs come from. Its a sad state theyre in.Theres too many of them barking as if they want out. It looks more like a breeding farm with dogs in horrific conditions. Greedy bastards with over populated pups. I wanted to take them all home. I think they had a pic of a dog thief on window, hes not a thief, hes a rescuer. One pup saved

Worse dog grooming place ever , very unsanitary they didnt even ask to see my dogs health records. This was our first time going to a local groomer and my dog caught kennel cough. Very tiny cages and when I went to pick up my dog I was asked to come in to help them trim my dog nails ! Overall I got a sick dog and her hair cut was horrible , had to fix it my self.

The puppy store is kept clean and the pups are adorable. I havent purchased any pups but I often go to their aquarium which carries an impressive range of tropical and saltwater fish, fish plants, live coral and supplies. The store owner is knowledgeable and helpful. There just arent many aquariums stores like this in the bronx, so i found it a to be a great find.
