I dropped off my cat here for a 10 day stay while my family and I went out. Before we left him, the staff had me help him get used to the kitty cottages by letting me be there with him. All cats have different personalities, and mine just easily gets shy. The staff for PetsHotel was very friendly with him. As for the kitty cottages, they were larger than I expected. They have two levels here, and enough room for a cat to hide or climb on. The areas are very clean, and hardly smell. You will want to bring your own food if your cat is used to a certain meal, and you will want your own litter that he normally uses as well as the PetSmart there uses a pelleted litter, and you may not like it if your cats not used to that. (I ended up buying an 8 lb box there since we didnt have any on hand) Update (August 30, 2017) So we returned to pick up my cat. From the looks of it, he seemed to have a pretty okay stay. He was a little freaked out upon me trying to get him back into his carrier (Thats a bit of an understatement. He started climbing back on the other cats cottages to try to find a dark spot...) My cat was clean and he ate most of his food. The staff who got him out for me was very friendly, and helpful as well. I was happy with this experience

Absolutely horrible experience! Workers here had the worst attitude, it was disgusting. My puppy (9 months old) apparently is a "bad doggy," thats what was told to my 3 year old when we walked in, to pick our puppy up. The three ladies that were there continued to talk down to us and tell us that our puppy was horrible and terrible to cut her hair. I was given the receipt to pay and they went to get our dog. First let me address that I asked when I dropped her off, to please not cut her ears short because I didnt want her to look like a chihuahua. I understood she had knots and she needed her hair to be short but again I asked "please do not make her look like a chihuahua." Well, when my husband brought her out to me and my yorkie looked just like a chihuahua. Secondly, they changed my package without even telling me. Of course it was more money then the package I initially picked. In the package I wanted them to cut and file her nails, which wasnt done at all. I had to come home and cut her nails myself, after paying $75 for grooming. I cant speak for every Petsmart, but this store needs to educate their staff and be more professional. I dont plan on spending my hard earned money at this place ever again.

STAY FAR AWAY. I had been going since they opened and now the service and care has all but gone. The grooming Dept is an absolute nightmare. Ive only ever trusted on groomer after seeing how rough the others were with even calm dogs. I continued to go there despite how disgusting and mismanaged their staff was because of how this one woman treated my dogs. After finding out that my groomer was only working weekdays I decided to book an apt and take a day off from work to take my dogs in. I called the day of to double confirm the time and they never booked the appointment recommending that I take another day off since they made a mistake and couldnt do anything about it. HORRIBLE CARE. I am just not even giving them the benefit of the doubt any more and am making sure all of my family and friends never go to this circus. Please care more for your pets care then to bring them to this terrible location. Side note: I have never taken the time to do a bad review.

Sorry had to change it, these people couldnt even get a prescription in time for my pet. Spent 3 days calling the hospital and no-one picked up and the customer service rep was equally useless and careless. I finally had the chance to stop by and find out in person what was going on and upon asking them why they dont pick up all she had to say was "Im sorry thats not my problem" which wasnt even relevant to the situation. Its just sad because I really love our vet but everyone ruins it for her. I wont be coming back to this petsmart.

I dropped off my dog who is under a year old at this PetSmart for their hotel services at the end of May 2017 for 4 days, everything seemed to go well. However, I recently learned my dog is pregnant and her pregnancy timing aligns exactly with her stay at this PetSmart. There is no other way she had contact with other dogs at our home and thus am highly disappointed with the staff supposedly supervising the dogs during their stay. Words can not explain the frustration. Terrible place to leave your beloved pets.

Horrible horrible experience I dropped my four legged son of for a 10 day stay. I asked for him to be showered and nail trim for his pick up. When I picked him he smelled as if he was sitting in piss for all 10 days. His hair was mated and his eyes were so dirty. The associate manager David , was trying justify his employees behavior and finally after 10 minutes of going back and forth he agreed to have my dog properly cleaned!!!!! Dont bring your pet here!!!!!!! Horrible horrible care!!!

Never enough cashiers and the groomers are nice but not great Im from Florida and been using the Petsmart groomers there and they always do an amazing job and everything I ask... here the job they do on my baby I can do myself. They always grind his nails in Florida and can never do it here.. they just always seem to be too crowded and impatient...and you have to pay for the scarf and pendant

THEY CHOPPED MY PUP UP, STARVED HIM AND MADE HIM LOOK LIKE A BUM... ASKED FOR A BATH, BRUSH OUT AND SANITARY CLEANING!!!! SAID 9 TIMES DONT CUT HIS HAIR... THEY SHAVED HIS ASS WHERE HE LOOKED LIKE A BABOON!!! F.. K THAT PLACE THEY SUCK AN I THINK THEY NEED BETTER EXPERIENCED PEOPLE IN THERE

Dead fish in multiple tanks, being nibbled by cohabitants. Flies possibly brooding in rodent cages. Feces collecting in said cages. Judging from this, their other services are probably just as horrid.

Its great when you can schedule your grooming online. Alexis did a great job on our woolly mammoths. Poor Maverick hasnt had a good bath in 7 months. He went from a stinky dog to a handsome boy.

I like the service however I dont like being told price changes when I get to the store. If my pet needs a service I pay for it but if I am quoted one price that is price i expect to pay

Customer service sucks, I waited almost 20 mins for someone to help and they were called over the PA system 5 times to come to my aisle, I left it was so frustrated
