the store manager Jasmine was rude dismissive and not helpfull at all. i walked in with a dead fish witch i had bought 24 hours earlier and sample water from my tank. Jasmine did not want to deal with me, her words. ive never been there and bought the fish somewhere else (diffirent petland location). buyers beware try not to deal with her. i had to call petland corprate they were extremely helpful and nice. the rest of the petland staff at the kissena location were very nice and professional.

Less than average pet store - Not really impressed with their presentation of the pets. The staff personality was bland, sometimes shady with how they treat the animals there. The only good thing I can say is that if this is your local pet store you can go in and out of there in a jiffy. The store is stuffy and small, so thats good - an easy way to get out there fast. Bottom Line: Get your pet supplies and get out of there fast!

May 2011: Nice place if you are interested in fish: clean aquariums, healthy-looking fish, good choices of both fish and fish-accessories. In terms of other pets, they have an OK collection of birds, happy-looking and clean, and a few small animals, including chinchillas, rabbits, and guinea pigs. Lots of accessories for dogs. Personnel wasnt that bland, and even if they werent too knowledgeable, they were willing to help.

For this being my local pet shop I say its amazing the customer support is incredible they give you every piece of info and tips plus they have a lot of stuff for pets such as dogs and they had mostly everything for my bearded dragon my only complaint is that they should stock up a little more since I wasnt able to find some stuff but overall great place

great for supplies not livestock (at least not fish), most fish are half dead in tanks but friendly staff and good selection of supplies
