I must admit that Im usually uneasy about going to any repair shop alone because Im afraid of getting screwed over, but everytime I have come to this location, it has exceeded my expectations. Andre Buddy is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer understands the problem and the solutions. He was kind enough to do an additional task at no charge to make sure my car was taken care of on top of what was already done. Not to mention, when I went to check out today, he even searched online forums to see if there was anything else that could be contributing to the problem that others were facing and printed it out for my convenience. I highly recommend Pep Boys on Utica Ave. Theyre the best!

I went in just for a wheel alignment and 2 new wheels spending 577 and left with more problems than i had. They claimed my tie rod ends need to be changed and was the reason why they couldnt align my wheels. Im also just now noticing they gave me extra fees for things I did not ask for and were unaware of until a day later. Now my car is skidding and their suggestion is to buy 2 more tires. I refuse to go back. I ended up going to a mechanic i trust and was told my rim is bent and my tie rod ends are perfectly fine. I would not suggest this pep boys at all.

This is the 3rd time I have been here, each and every time the staff has been consistently honest, courteous, and professional. The service is thorough. The staff takes the time to ensure each customer has their mechanical needs and questions addressed. Thank you all for your service. I have been going to this Pep boys for 2 years now. They are consistently honest, professional, and do their jobs well. My car would not start because my battery was dying. After getting a jump from GEICO road side assistance, I drove to this PEP boys, they checked my battery and replaced it for the same price a battery check would cost. Not counting the price of the battery.

It is such a pleasure to drive my 1997 Nissan Maxima again. This was my first time dealing with Pep Boys and I highly recommend them. The service is so good I was pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and professionalism. My car is now running like when I just bought it. If I knew they were that good and were so close to home I would have gone there a long time ago.

Place is good but the fat black guy handling things on counter is not good. I dont believe customer will walk in store looking at his face. I drive my car to check the lights on my dash board, he said it will take 3 hrs to scan. Asked for wiper blade, not available, power engine oil not available. Asked when should I come. He said dont know. Make appointment.

Finally, a business place that makes you feel welcome! Excellent customer service. Fast vehicle service.Very professional and they take time to greet waiting customers. Employee: Quantell was very helpful and informative, his coworker even brought out an extra chair for a customer when there were no more available seats. I highly recommend this location.

I would not recommend this place. I asked them to check my cars brakes because they were making noise. Pep Boys told me the rear pads and rotor require replacement, and the estimate was over $300. I took my car to one other place and a Honda Dealership after that and was told no replacement is needed.

I went in for an oil change, but they didnt have the one I had an appointment for. The assistant manager was super helpful and upgraded to full synthetic without any extra charges. The mechanic was also very helpful in explaining the tire tread life. Great service!

Its Pep Boys. Its not going to be as good as a high quality independent mechanic. But what you do get is cheap labor. Their oil change coupons make oil changes insanely cheap. The staff here are pretty friendly and they have a TV and waiting room.

The wait time is pretty accurate to what they said the time will be. They find other problems in your vehicle that youre not aware of. They offer coupons for you on your next visit. overall not a bad auto shop.

Place to toosmall, lady at front desk installing lights on vehicles,while customers wait in line only to not have what I need the 2 stars are for the coffee they have ITS GOOD
