After I crashed the R100RS I had recently bought I gave it to Peter to check out. It hadnt felt right but I was new to BMWs and shaft drive so I wanted an expert to go over it. Peter found that the swing arm bearings were shot and other little things needed attention. He also replaced the wheel bearings on my suggestion. Finally he gave it a complete service to make sure that all was well. On a trip to Harrisburg in driving rain I had 100% confidence in the bke. No more wiggle in the back end from the sloppy swing arm plus new BT-45s let me roll along at 75 with no worries. The price was fair (certainly much less than a dealer would charge), the service excellent, and having a bike I can trust is priceless! Highly recommended!

Peter just took 10 minutes of his time to convince me not to buy a bike based on work I was asking him I would need to do. He had an opportunity to make alot of money off me but instead advised me, like a good friend. He sounds like a true gentleman and I can understand why his reputation stands strong. I paid a personal face visit to other shops in the immediate area and no one treated me with the respect and patience he did. Dont go to anyone else their operations dont sound as organized as his. I cant wait to get my bike that I will patiently wait for to come along and buy. First thing I will do is bring it to him. I probably shouldnt write this review considering his shop will now be even more backed up with bikes.

Pete is the name of the proprietor and he is one of the best motorcycle mechanics I have ever dealt with. I have never experience such friendly, professional and courteous service at a cycle shop. Most bike shops give you a ton of attitude and an ounce of skill, especially in Brooklyn. Pete gives zero attitude and knows his stuff. He treats you like a customer rather than a beggar. When I first brought my bike in, he sat me down and took a half hour asking me questions about the bike to get a complete history so he knew exactly how to proceed. Top notch!

If youre looking to a high end vintage European motorcycle theres no other place in the East Coast, and definitely the only place worth looking in NY. Peter has always impressed me with his deep knowledge of mechanics, history of the brands and models and their design, if youre looking for something special you should call him.

Very professional shop, Peter listens to what you want your bike to be and can make it happen. My 850 Le Mans will not be taken anywhere else. Tyler is great and makes me wish I had a new Ducati so he could take care of it too, maybe soon. If youve got the kind of bikes they are passionate about you should go nowhere else.

Ducati. Laverda. MV Agusta. Laverda. One of my favorite classic Italian motorcycle restoration shops, with an impressive lineage of rare bikes and shows. Great guys as well.

Peter does excellent work, but dont expect it done right away. You have to be flexible with your time.
