The past 2 times that I have gone to this store within the past 6 days, I have paid for my purchase, only to get to the car and realize I was overcharged $20 one day, and $60 the next. Both times I turned right back around and had to ask for a copy of my reciept, and then go through the exchange process to correct it. The female manager was present the time I was overcharged $20, and had already yelled at her employee in front of a very crowded store full of last minute Christmas shoppers. She then seemed quite inconvenienced by my request to refund the amount i was overcharged, and she had made it appear that she expected me to just accept the blunder. The 2 regular guys that are sales associates are always friendly, however, so thats one thing they have going right, I guess.

terrible experience, Im new to vaping and got no help whatsoever. I believe employee was preoccupied with something else and I was the only customer. I felt employee was very rude and did not feel like doing the job. expensive as well . zero stars if I could
