For 2 years I have purchased my E-cig products from this location. From the very first day I was not treated "like another customer." The owners are awesome and you can see that they go the extra mile to provide you with excellent customer service. The staff that assists them in operating their store are very knowledgeable about the products. They listen to you and therefore are able to provide you with the product that best suits your needs. I have and will continue to refer customers to United Zone.

I bought a battery there for my ecig and it quit working after 2 weeks. I took it back and asked for a replacement and was told it was only guaranteed for a week. He pretty much accused me of dropping it in liquid. I didnt drop it anywhere. He could have cared less that I wasnt going to use him anymore for my purchases. Ive probably had about 10 ppl ask me where I get my supplys and i always stear them away from this place. You should do the same.

The store itself is pretty cool they have some pretty cool stuff but the customer service is a hit or miss, it depends on who is working. Everytime Ive been in there I have gotten good customer service until recently a man with glasses thats kind of on the short side started working there and I just felt like I couldnt ask him a question because hed make me feel dumb and he had a smart mouth.

They do not stand behind their products. Bought 3 $20 cigars, and the first one was defective and I didnt care for it. They would not refund the cost of it not allow me to return or exchange for something else. Respectable merchants always stand behind their product. Will not return.

Great head/vape shop. The only thing I dont recommend purchasing from them are the batteries. They are not high drain batteries suited for subohm vaping. Everything else is of good quality and VERY decently priced. Some items are cheaper there than online.

Ive been shopping here for two years now. Joe is a great dude and is always up front and honest. Prices are great and vape gear is in pretty good condition. Have been using their Sony batteries and the D2 charger, without any electrical failure.

Great guy. If you suggest a certain brand of cigar he doesnt have, he will order them for you. Always extremely friendly and has the best prices around for cigars by a long shot. Would highly recommend.
