I have been going here for 2 years now and they have a vast array of cigars and are knowledgeable which is great but recently their customer service has proven to be less than satisfactory. They were rude when I had a question about a cigar that looked like it has been growing mold and in the store i have felt very uncomfortable on multiple occasions while looking for a cigar. The older black woman who works there is not help when looking for specific cigars and i had to wait for someone else to assist me and she also follows customers around the store which is very uncomfortable. Also in general their service is slow.

I had been a loyal customer for about 15 years. When the proprietors wife retired and started hanging around the shop I soon after stopped going there. This lady will frenquently ring up your purchase wrong, unhelpful with any questions asked ( why be there if you dont k ow anything?), flat out rude when you try to initiate conversation. To make it worse, this lady follows you around gawking at you as if you were planning to steal something. On one occasion she went to retrieve a chair brought it in the humidor sat down and continued to stare.

went in looking for some Arturo Fuente Hemingways. the humidor smelled like mold (which to me mean that there is to much moisture) when i was looking at the packing of the cigars i noticed black mold on the outside of the cellophane. It was gross i could see it in the cigar as well. when i told the lady she got an attitude and said it was excess moisture. Im sorry i worked in a cigar factory I know a good amount and know that there should not be mold on the outside of the packaging or on the inside of a cigar.

Never go to this store. The lady who was working there, and claimed to be the owner was unable to handle a phone transaction. A friend of mine who lives out of town was interested in a particular product, and gave his credit card information to her, while I visited the store to pick up the items. she refused to sell to me, because the address on my ID was not local. Clearly they are not interested in having a successful business

Very poor service, the lady offered no real help. I was looking for the tin of Rocky Patel Juniors, I didnt see any. When I inquired she said they didnt carry it and when asked about an alternative said there wasnt any. During this exchange she never put the phone down and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her.

The proprietor of this store is extremely knowledgeable. On top of that the prices are reasonable, even compared with online pipe shops. If you are interested in tobacco you cannot go wrong with this shop. Support local business and draw on 50+ years of experience, shop at Cavalier Pipe & Tobacco

Wanted a few cigars for my brothers graduation and they werent helpful or have a good selection. Looked for rocky Patel Decades and lighter fluid and the woman seemed like I was inconveniencing her asking if they had them and that I wanted gas fuel not zippo fluid when I just said lighter fluid .

They have a good cigar selection. But I had felt like a criminal the entire time I was shopping the selection of cigars. I understand that you have had some shrink, but making some one uncomfortable turns away even more money. This was my first and last time being a patron of this business.

A mom and pop shop. Prices are competitive. Friendly, family like atmosphere. Security is a bit excessive. Owner is an elderly man but extremely knowledgeable.
