Been shopping here for 19 years. Original Abbott Rd store customer. Great family owned store. Best glass selection in WNY. Always great deals and AWESOME 4/20 sale.. Everything from inexpensive American glass to high-end ROOR and Jerome Baker. E-juice is OK in my opinion, but they arent vape heads like some e-cig vape shops with $400 mods. They do what they do best and that GLASS. Customer service is always great and when I did have a warranty issue with a G-Pen a few months ago they took care of the issue on the spot. I didnt have to deal with manufacture. Thats why Ive shopped here for 19 years and always will. They stand behind everything they sell.

I cannot agree more with Lisas comment. The lady behind the counter needs to go ASAP. She is the furthest thing from helpful and is always in a terrible mood ACTING OUT EXTREMELY RUDE AND SNOOTY. FERGOT TO MENTION, SHE IS NEVER WILLING TO OPEN CASES SHE ALWAYS THROWS A HUGE FIT OVER IT. IF SHE DOESNT GO THEN THIS WHOLE SHOP NEEDS TO GO! LET ALONE EVERYTHING IN THIS SHOP IS BEYOND OVER PRICE IT IS A HUGE JOKE AND THEIR GLASS IS GARBAGE ANYONE WHO HAS INTELLIGENCE KNOWS THAT.THIS STORE IS A DEAD END TRAP! so, Ive gone here several times for e-juice and every time I go in, the older woman behind the counter isnt very helpful, is very rude, has an attitude like Im bothering her and is just not nice. a smile, a friendly suggestion or ANYTHING other than "I dont know" goes a loooong way. I kept coming back cause everyone has an off day, but seriously 4 random bad days.... guess I will find somewhere else to go.

They have a nice community following and so so on costomer service. The real problem is the price of their glass, every peice is wayyyy over priced were talkin like 100-200 too high on glass bongs and 50-70 on all bowls and water pipes i was looking at a rather cool bubblethat i had owned before from a bodaga in the city

It always smells great in Decades. Nice selection of glassware. A tad pricey on some lines, but good mid and lower end variety. Lots of accessories. Hemp goods. Candles, incense, beads and Dead gear. Cant speak to the vapor side of things as Im not a partaker, per se... but it appears to be extensive and well stocked.

I visited this store recently for the 1st time. Employees where helpful and willing to explain things I had questions about. Great variety of things the store offers from your smoking accessories to incense and tye-dyes! Great atmosphere, will definitely be returning in the future!

Great store for your recreational needs. Had an issue with something and they helped me so much. Great selection of products. Only had one issue with a clerk, but that doesnt stop me from going there.
