I agree the "Pharmacy staff was helpfull and knew what they were doing"!!! but I have worked retail for over 30 years been on both sides of the fence and I hate to say this but there is one women that works at the one near Safe-Way on Nob Hill that has to be the rudest most unprofessional pharmacy staff member in the world!! She has always been RUDE, SHORT WITH ME and is so loud all the time she even will say back your personal information loud enough for the whole store to here it I warn you! if you will see her a mile away I will always leave and come back and even drive all the way back to town the next day to get my medications if I see she is working! she has short black hair and is in her 40s I think trust me you will know who if you ever go to that one in town, why she even works there when the rest of the staff is so great is beyond me?!!!I I hate to vent but I have been wonderful to customers my whole life and I expect the same treatment sorry unless you want the world to know your personal information and be treated like a dog DO NOT go to the counter if she is there!!!! she is so horrible to me and every other customer I see her help she is mean and rude!!!

Ive been going to Payless for years. They know my whole family.and always ask how the kids are doing. The prices are reasonable and always have a great selection.
