New Balance on Main Street in New Canaan is the "other shoe store" in town. They carry cute sneakers and other sports shoes at lower prices than the other shoe stores in New Canaan. Most styles sizes and colors are available in the store. If you need a different size or color, the knowledgeable staff places a custom order receiving your shoes in a day or two. The staff is friendly just ask the manager for his opinion on style hes awesome. Youll want to purchase 2-3 pair of their adorable sneakers but know that some of their sneakers are over $100.00. Add a sparkling diamond sports sandal to your purchase for shopping delight. Located on a brick paved pedestrian street in a charming New England town, youll love the distinctive look of New Balance in New Canaan. No store I have ever been to has had the customer experience that I experienced here. Buying new shoes is never an easy thing as I always seem to have an attachment to the pair I own but when I entered this store and spoke to Mohammed, I became infatuated with almost every shoe in that store. I ended up selecting a pair of cross-trainers that I work out in daily and I think I am going back for another pair soon! Heres hoping he is there when I go to back to shop because his knowledge and experience was on par with the best in the world! I am definitely going again and I recommend this store over the rest because of their perfect customer service and the amazing associates that are so very kind and knowledgeable! Thanks for the easiest shoe shopping experience ever!

When it comes to running shoes and track spikes Im very picky. Between the help from Mo, Rose and Mike and all their patience as I went through what feels like all the shoes in the store (not really,) I found the shoe for me. Previously, when buying shoes I only cared and went for the lightest pair, but after my experience in New Balance I found the "right" pair for me. They also helped me get geared up with tennis shorts and athletic tops and bottoms. This is definetly my new spot for all my running needs, thank you guys!!

This is what athletic shoe shopping should be like. Tina is the gold standard when it comes to customer service and fitting the correct shoe for each individuals feet. One size/type of shoe does not fit all and Tina knows how to fit the right shoe for flat feet/high arches/all other foot issues. What a difference it makes to walk in a shoe that really helps support my flat feet. I have never had such educated, efficient, fun, customer service in my life. Go there immediately and get the right athletic shoe !

Went here because my feet are in Pain. Devon and Mike took the time to really figure out the best solution. Devon especially impressed me. He was there training the team. His knowledge about what I needed to correct the problem was obviously medically trained. Ive been in retail for 15 years, and its hard to find an experience where you feel uplifted and WOWd great job!

I walked into New Balance New Canaan for the first time with my mind set on only buying one pair of new sneakers for the gym.The Associate Mo was so helpful and patient while I tried everything on in the store. I had such a great experience that I ended up walking out with two pairs of sneakers and a matching outfit for each one! I left pumped and ready for the gym.

Friendly, attentive staff. The salesman was quick to greet us as soon as we walked in the door, and set me up for professional for test. They had good recommendations for running shoes based on my for, and gave me a few options. I didnt feel like they were just trying to sell me the most expensive shoe they could, but actually picked the best options for my style.

Rose was so incredibly helpful! After a week of running I was developing shin splints and knew I needed a new pair of shoes. I was unable to come into the store and Rose patiently guided me to the perfect shoe after a long list of great questions. I hit the treadmill this weekend and had NO PAIN.
