I feel this is the best place for shoes. Every Sunday they have specials on shoes. I bought a pair of $300 shoes for $15. I could not believe it. The shoes were originally 50% off. Then during a Sunday sale, they were marked down to 70% off. The shoes did not sell. Then the shoes went down to 85% off. Unbelievable. The shoes are all designer named shoes. It is also a "hit or miss" place. They sell sneakers, dress shoes, business shoes, and more. They carry childrens and mens shoes and boots. Go upstairs to the clearance section. There are believable bargains.

The buy online and pickup in store process isnt as you would hope. Theres no clear signage to say where youre supposed to go to pick it up, so I just went to the cash register where I was handed from one person to another as they tried to find my order, only to realize they didnt actually have what I ordered in stock. Staff were friendly but I dont think Ill use the online order system again

I have been to a few shoe stores and it is very difficult for me to find shoes that fit me right. With the support of Tanya and Jessie I was able to find shoes that was able to fit me. I want to appreciate DSW for having good ppl like Tanya and Jessie that understood my pain and found the shoes for me

Every Saturday & Sunday this place has a line across the store that takes on average 30-45mins to get to a register to pay or return something while the upstairs registers are abandoned... Its absurd, really... Avg prices and below average selection of mens sneakers...

DSW is great for beautiful reasonably priced shoes..but this particular location is very centralized on Long Island/Nassau County. Its Always Packed...I dont like that. I much rather prefer to go to the Manhasset location where its not dead but not a zoo either.

This location is great. There is a lot of variety, very large clearance aisles and the service is surprisingly fast despite the long lines. They have some really good offers like any other DSW, but I do feel this location has a lot more products than many others.

Great dsw its huge but the ppl that work here really hate there job the girl kristy at the register didnt know what she was doing and telling me to look up stuff online like really im at the register buying stuff why am i looking for stuff on line i swear idiots

Great deals in this store, but I wish theyd do something to shorten the lines. They seem to only use the registers in the front of the store and ignore the one on the second floor. The long lines were the only thing keeping me from giving this place 5 stars.

I usually dont write reviews unless the service was exceptional, and this was that. The manager Paul was so helpful in locating a shoe I placed on hold. the cashier looked over and over for the shoes. These people know what customer service is! Thank you

It has changed a lot to me as far as women heel selections. They have expanded to sell kids shoes and more Including stylish women active footwear, which is a good thing for parents with children and moms who want to look sporty and cute.
