The customer service was extremely horrible!! The store felt like an employee hangout rather than a place of business. The employees are unprofessional and inattentive. My wife and I walked into the store, there were 4 employees standing near the entrance. Not one employee asked if we needed assistance, not even as much as a hello or a "Welcome to Finish Line." We left the store, came back 15 minutes later only to be met with the same service. The $206 I was going to spend in the store for a pair of sneakers was spent upstairs at the NIKE store. Never will I give my money to Finish Line.

Best sneaker store in the the mall, management team ensures that the sales team is on point, theyre not pushy but there for you when u need them.
