I was quite peeved at the owners refusal to serve me without leaving my backpack & its very expensive contents outside. The owner was unwilling to offer a safety guarantee or an alternate location for the bag. I feel alienated as a client & firmly believe the treatment given was unique to me being a backpacker. I cant imagine the owner asking my elderly mother to leave her walker, or my babys stroller outside, so what makes my backpack different? I voted with my dollars as Im disheartening at retailers like this giving retailers like myself a bad name. I would challenge the owner to bring his policies into the 21st century.
