Customer service, when at the store is Superb. They fit the shoes well, my child never has a problem. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they Still have their old address on Catherine Ave listed!! &&& When they go out to Schools to do fittings, They close the store!! Grrrrrrr Its not Cool and extremely inconvenient. Other than that.. They are great. If they fixed those things, I would of gave them 5 stars.

Bad return policy. Shoes made in china by who knows who (child labor???) They come to school measure shoes and then send size that doesnt fit. Dont waist your time and money having them do it in school take your kid down to their "warehouse" and get the right size the first time. The fact is they over charge for these shoes all other stores are charging at least $10 less per pair and give you free shipping.

Do not buy school shoes here. After 1 wear on first day of school the top and inside of the shoe is literally peeling off.
