Upon entering the ERIC SHOES I was greeted with smiles and asked if I needed help. It takes nothing to acknowledge a potential customer because in the end the goal is to have customers spend their hard earned monies. You dont have to be the brightest or most attractive person to make a sale, but you damn sure better acknowledge a sale when you see one. Which ultimately means greet, smile and sale the product(s). My experience here has greatly improved over that last couple of years and visits. In the beginning I was never greeted and decided to take a hiatus from this location forcing me to travel further for the attention I respectively deserved. What brought me back here was the necessity of a gift for my boyfriends birthday. I searched online first to order it, but it wasnt there so I made the trip with crossed fingers that everything would go smoothly and id be able to spend my money. Fortunately, I found exactly what I was looking for whilst receiving awesome customer service by ROBIN. Hopefully, my relationship with ERIC SHOES and ROBIN will continue to grow into a pleasant one.

I I have been buying shoes here for 35 yrs I tried to buy shoes over the phone. They took my order over the phone and charged my credit card. Never received my shoes. Called the store 8 times and they gave me stories. Last call I said refund my credit card. They dd not, I will never shop here. Use an oline retailer. They are honest ad get 30 percent discount

This is an old-fashioned shoe store--and by that I mean old-fashioned in a GOOD way. The salesmen will fit you, suggest various models, and are incredibly helpful. They have lots of wide shoes for both men and women, and a very varied selection of shoes, sandals and boots. For those of us with hard-to-fit feet, Eric is the ONLY place to shop.
