One word... disgusting. The dog food is on the floor and there is cob webs on some of the toys. If you look through the animals, you will be surprised that they even sell them. The reptiles they have look so unhealthy, the water bowls are disgusting and one of the lizards had a burn mark on its back from the heat light being to hot.

Absolutely love the people and theyre very knowledgeable about anything you need. If they dont have it, theyll get it for you! They now have a pet clinic! YES! Batavia Animal Hospital has changed and theyve got a better staff- LOVE THEM! and they come out. Check them out! By the way, Jennifer is my favorite. She is truly a blessing!

Not bad From years ago they definitely cleaned up the place, got better employees and now just generally care about what they are doing. Yes sometimes there are spider webs but really? They are everywhere in the world. And in a big store like this one I dont really mind cause spider webs means its healthy. No bugs trapped in food

Can bring your leashed pet inside. My dog goes crazy when we get there and he sure knows about the treats behind the counter the nice staff gives him. Their prices are cheaper than pet smart and they have good variety. Also sell fosh and other small pets.
