Called the GENESEO PetSmart today approx. 2:40p today (1/24/15). First time the call was answered by a machine and then dropped. 2nd time got a live person and asked her a question and then the call was dropped again. 3rd time a guy answered the call and mid way thru call was dropped again. Will not try the 4th time. Either they have phone problems big time or the employees do not want to deal with customers on the phone

Not good for nail trims. Took our puppy in for a nail trim. The groomer let him fall off the table while she was holding the leash which subsequently chocked his neck. His yelp was audible from outside where I was watching. Every nail she clipped resulted in bleeding and more audible yelps. He was shaking like mad when we finally got him back, and threw up on the way home.

I loved my visit to Petsmart in Geneseo. The employees were so friendly and helpful! I also met 5 other people friends and 3 dog friends.

The groomers have windows towards the road. Makes animals get very anxious and rowdy. But it usually has the supplies im looking for.
