Absolutely atrocious dealership - crooks galore!!! In an attempt to be an objective reviewer I will try to describe both what is good and what is bad and let you judge for yourselves. The good: 1. Big dealership and ample supply of various models. The bad: 1. Curt & sleazy staff in all levels. 2. Absolutely dishonest & unprofessional. 3. Love to waste your time - one person says one thing which then gets contradicted by another person. I went there yesterday with my father (30 mile ride for us) as they were the closest dealership in the area with a specific color & trim of a 2015 Nissan Murano that we wanted. We got straight to brass tax and told them what price we were looking for. We got a bunch of nonsense for them sales representative that specialized in wasting our time and adding melodrama to the whole experience with canned remarks like "I cant sell you this car at this price and still keep my job tomorrow". All in all after 45 annoying minutes, we finally tentatively agreed on a price (30K for S trim with the NAV package and a few accessories) and proceeded to the next phase of the process. They brought us to a room with a "Finance Manager" named Larry who started saying we were asking too much, that this deal didnt make sense, and that the dealership would lose too much money (BS!!!). He said 30.5K made more sense and then upon asking about financing, informed us that there was no 0% APR financing available. One of the main reasons we picked the Nissan Murano was for their attractive incentive offers clearly plastered all over the main corporate website. Looking straight into my eyes he said "there are no 0% APR on Nissan Muranos anywhere in the US and if you have a dealership that offered that deal, you should go there and take it". Then he added, "I know that since there is no 0% APR, you will be back here and get this vehicle from us - we will earn your business the right way". Talk about gall! Getting really frustrated at this point, I told the sales rep to go on her computer to the NissanUSA website and see the promotion for herself. After seeing the information for herself, she ran to the back office to tell them that we were in fact correct. Upon her return, not to look bad, they played it like it was an honest mistake. Where have you ever seen a finance manager not being aware of the finance options offered by the parent company? Forgive the crude remark here but in my view he is either a complete incompetent imbecile or nothing more than an ordinary sleazy crook. I will let you decide for yourselves. We turn around and left that moment. At any rate, we go a vehicle the next day from a different dealership at 1,000 below the "best price" offered by this dealership with 0% APR. Talk about a night and day difference of experience. Props to Nissan of Edison in NJ! Arthur

I do not even want to give them one star. 100% liars and terrible, terrible customer service. I leased a new car 5 weeks ago and they told me EVERYTHING I wanted to hear. I was ending an old lease early to start a new lease. I was giving the car back a month early and expressed concern about my last payment. It was pushed aside until I finally sat down the the finance guy Vinny (terrible) who rushed me through the process. He told me to "just cancel my check" and I wouldnt have to worry about my last payment. Um, what?! No. So then he says, "Call Nissan finance, and they will apply the old payment to your new lease. They do it all the time." I was skeptical but my sales representative agreed and said Nissan does that all the time. Dont worry - just call them Monday (this was on a Sunday). I call Nissan Finance on Monday and they told me they never just "apply funds" from one lease to another and the dealership is well aware of this. I was very upset by this and spent the next two weeks calling the dealership trying to talk to someone about this. I got Vinny who told me he "couldnt believe Nissan Finance said that" and "they do it all the time." STILL trying to tell me that. He told me he would look in to it and get back to me. NEVER DID. I then tried contacting the Lease manager. Could not help me. I tried the manager of the WHOLE PLACE and he said "why are you calling ME of all people?" Literally said that. Really? Finally I received their survey in my email. Ripped them up because I am completely unsatisfied. I checked the box that says I would like to be contacted. Sophia, the customer service manager contacts me. Shes so sorry. She cant believe it. Shes going to look in to it. Shes going to send me free car washes (woo ..hoo...). Not only did I never receive the car washes in the mail, I never heard back from her. Stay away. Stay far, far away. Huge liars that just want your money and will say anything they can do get it.

While my dealings with them were a couple of years ago, there was no online rating system then and in happening upon the reviews here and seeing how many unhappy people have reviewed here, I decided to add my experience to the list. I have had the experience of buying and leasing many cars in my lifetime and I have never had a problem with a dealer, until I had to deal with them that is. And here is the warning for all of you that had a decent purchasing experience and gave them a 5-star review: YOU were the few fortunate ones. Suggestion: dont write reviews based on a singular experience. Wait awhile. I leased a car for my daughter there. The leasing/purchasing experience went well enough too, as it did for some of you. It was when I decided to buy the car at the end of the lease that I ran into problems. Besides that I spent several months trying to get them to deliver the title to me (yes, I had already paid them [you have to, to start the process] - realize that they had no monetary interest in actually helping me at this point and that showed big time), I was treated extremely rudely by several employees, including a woman who works in the back office who was responsible for the paperwork and the store manager, who was more invested in being defensive about the stores management style than in helping me when I tried to inquire about the delays in the process. Without going into specific details, I will tell you that trying to deal with the staff there can result in a really serious confrontation should you have a problem that actually requires resolution. That said, this was inarguably not just the worst car dealer that Ive ever experienced, but literally the worst business that I ever have experienced. The staff, including the manager who sets the leadership style, need serious retraining. Do yourselves a favor. Dont listen to the superficial 5-star reviews. This is a serious 0-star business. Go there at your own risk.

I went into this Nissan dealership to look at and get a price for a 2016 loaded Pathfinder using the VPP employee discount program. The VPP program is for corporate employees and their families and is supposed to have no haggle/no negotiating prices. Theres a list for what employees pay and thats it. After test driving the vehicle, the salesman brought me to his desk. I asked to see pricing. He tells me to sit at his desk at the computer and fill out the form. I sat at the computer and started to read the online form that he wanted me to fill out…it was for a credit application! I never once said I was buying the car at that moment, and he never said the form was a credit application. I called him on it and he played innocent saying, "Oh, my bad…I thought you wanted to buy the car now." What a sleazy, underhanded sales tactic. I told him I just wanted him to give me the employee pricing and showed him my proper employee pricing paperwork. He began to ask me what Ive already looked at and what prices was I offered, to start negotiating. I reminded him that there is no negotiating with employee pricing, the price is the price. The manager comes over, and wouldnt give me the price. He starts negotiating and asks me what price would get me into the car today. WTF? Does he understand the no haggle/no negotiating employee pricing program? He then tells me that I should come back in a few days because hell be able to offer me better incentives during the last week of the quarter. It seems to me that because the VPP program offers such good pricing, he didnt want to sell me the car because he doesnt make as much money on the deal as if he sold the car to a non employee. Either way, his salesman was a scumbag snake and so was he. I wouldnt take a care from this dealership if it was free.
