Two years ago when I needed to purchase a car I was recommended to Ace Motor Sport by my brother in law. He was a customer for over 20 years. My first car that I purchased from them was a great little car that served me well. Recently, I upgraded and Frank Bruno, the owner, found me another great car that exceeded my expectations. I feel confident that any vehicle purchased from this dealership is going to be in excellent condition. Frank stands behind every vehicle that he has. In addition to this the added bonus to this dealership is their Service Dept. Marty overseas this department and it is second to none. Both Marty and Frank have a very in depth knowledge of cars. In my relationship with them I have found them to be very reputable, professional and honest. They are a rare find. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is in the marker for a quality pre owned vehicle. The vehicles and the repair dept. delivers high quality and service every time. Thank you Frank & Marty for always being there for me when I need you.

My girlfriend went there initially because she needed a photo for her Geico insurance policy a 2007 hyundai elantra and he seemed nice and asked her to consider him if she had car issues in the future. A week later she did have car trouble, he admitted he couldnt look at the car right away so she left the car. next day she called for an update and he was dismissive and said he would call her when he had a chance to look. she called back a few hours later and he was angry that she had called and he still had no information to share. at the end of the day she decided to take the car back. he became rude and defensive and said there was a lot of work that needed doing. still no estimate. she insisted on taking the car since he had it all day and had done nothing! He then forced her to pay 89.95 for his so called work, we now have no estimate, still dont know whats wrong with the car and a quarter of a tank of gas was used in the process. this is not a good guy . he is rude and abusive and took advantage of someone who didnt understand about cars.

Brought my car because it stalled the night before, had an idea what the problem was but I wanted to get a second opinion. I specifically asked to call me before any work is done if its gonna cost me a substantial amount but they went ahead and did a computer scan anyway which cost $149 not including tax. A steep price especially when Autozone does it for free. So why didnt anyone call me? Apparently theyve been know to do this, often, sometimes also doing work that wasnt called for (that happened to someone else I know). Moving forward I was told my battery and alternator was bad and the cost for parts and labor would be a little over $750.00. I dont think so. Got the Alternator at Autozone for $105.00 called a friend to help me with the install, paid him $100 cash got it done for $205 and change, and my battery is still good BTW. You lost my business Ace/Frank!

Yesterday I stopped into Ace Motorsports (and Service Station) as I was having some AC issues in my car (during a trip to Long Island from Hoboken, NJ). They quoted me $189 to recharge the freon in my older (2003) car. Given it was brutally hot, I agreed, went to lunch, and they took my car. I got a call about 30 minutes later saying "our analysis says its likely more... we could do the $189 service, but recommend more given the dye procedure (et al)". Bottom line is they charged me NOTHING, were totally honest and upfront about the issue (when they easily could have just taken my money and recharged the freon system), but they did the right thing. I was very appreciative and tipped them appropriately, too!! If Im ever in the area Id have no hesitation taking my car to Ace knowing theyll honestly take care of me and my vehicles. Thank you, Ace Motorsports.

My name is Ed Frangione, I purchased a 2005 xj8 from Ace Motorsports. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE SATISFIED WITH MY CAR AND DEALING WITH THE DEALERSHIP. I was taken care of by Frank Bruno, which happens to be the owner. He took his time explaining the car to me, when I asked him for a car fax, he went right to his computer and produced one. He told me about the 90 day warranty that his company would stand by. He said any problems let him know. Two weeks later I had an information light on my dash and brought it in. Frank had it checked out, not only did he fix the dash light but decided to give me two new struts in the front of my car at no charge. He is honest and stands by his cars. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation. It is well worth it, stopping by to see him.

I had gone to Ace Motorsports to have my car serviced. The Head Service Tech, Marty, was very knowledgeable on the cars problem and was able to make the repairs needed. While I was waiting for my car to get the finishing touches, I had noticed a beautiful used car on the lot. Frank, the owner of Ace Motorsports, was very courteous to me, and he took the time to answer all the questions I had on the car that caught my eye. It seems there is a good work atmosphere there for both sales and service. It was very nice in this day and age to find a car salesman who is very honest. I know when its time, I will be buying my next car from Ace Motorsports.

After Frank and I had a further discussion it turns out he is a man of good character. originally i was not happy with the service and what they charged me for a quick diagnostics. after i explained my concerns to Frank we both agreed there was some miscommunication between myself and his employees. Frank was kind enough to reimburse me for my troubles. I have more work to do with my car and I will return as a customer, and hopefully give ACE another star. Thanks Frank and Marty

I purchased a late model luxury car from Ace and was very satisfied with the owner, Frank, who personally handled the sale. The price was fair, quality of the car is outstanding and the car was detailed like new when I came to pick up the car. I would highly recommend this dealer and the owner as he was informative and honest throughout the sale.

Be careful when you go to this dealership. Talked with Frank and he raised the price AFTER we had a deal, saying the car was popular and people wanted it.
