I am an existing customer of this dealership. My wife had purchased a 2010 CRV from them, and had been back for servicing. I had test driven a Toyota Highlander this past Wednesday just before the snow storm, and loved it, but had to leave for a Doctors appointment in the city. I did not have time to fill out any paperwork, but said I would come back today, Friday, to make final financial arrangements. The salesman had never told me I had to leave a deposit to hold the car. My salesman had spoken to the Manager, so he knew I was coming back, and was going to make an offer to buy the car. I spoke to the salesman as early as this morning to say I would come by around 4 today. I got there after 4:30, and found out a deposit was made on the car, and they were coming to pick it up tomorrow. WHAT!! I was, and am furious! I left a message with the Manager that to elevate themselves to the level of a reputable dealership, they should have some kind of inter-office program where every salesperson knows what cars are being looked at, and where they are in the sales process. I am in sales, and if I allowed this kind of thing to happen to my client, especially a repeat client, I would be fired.

Worst Experience ever!!! I was looking for Certified/Used Hond accord. Salesmen/Manager was rude and did not explain anything about the car or was not ready to listen to my needs. Dont even go to there website and look for deals, its all scam. I went there with printout of few online deals, and none of the cars were availabe(I called like one hour before going and asked them if cars are there). It seems all cars were gone in one hour. After pushing salesman told me in confidence , those ads are just to attract/bring people to dealership, Few online listed cars available but all those were highly priced. These people are expert of bait-and-switch. listed free navigation with certified cars is hoax. They think they are number one dealership on long island...I think they forgot to add "Number one from Bottom". Heard good reviews of honda, but after this experience , I ended up buying Nissan. Too bad for Honda to loose customers because of dealership.

Because I didnt want to finance, no salesman would talk to me. All they wanted to do was sell their aftermarket warranty when I told them I wanted to pay cash they basically walked away from me. I was shocked at the treatment. Entire parking lot full of cars a few I was really interested in cute little Hyundai Toyota Scion butt gave me the run-around. They told me they would call, me they never did. They told me that the cars that I wanted either someone had put $100 deposit on, or there was no key available. it was just an exhaustingly terrible experience. I would not recommend Huntington Honda to anyone. Rude or inexperienced salesman. Out of all the dealers I went to, this was the worst experience. I ended up buying a car thats 4 years newer and $5,000 cheaper then the ones they had to offer and Im very happy with it

I never leave reviews however this place is hands down the best place Ive ever bought a car from more importantly the service team manager Aaron, Orlando etc.. are the most honest man Ive ever spoken to in regards to any of my vehicles. The integrity of this service department is second-to-none Ive never seen anything like it. Im always super scared of being ripped off by the service guys this place goes out of their way to do the opposite. Eric and the finance department is the most incredible guy Ive ever met in the Auto industry he is a very caring humble and grateful professional in the industry. Came to buy a car fell in love with a 2008 black accord and salesmen Dan was very helpful in working out a deal. Shortly after buying the car and driving it home, the check engine light came on and car started to shake. Brought it back to the dealership, they agreed they would fix it and get back to me. I traveled more than 90 miles total to get to that dealership each time and the second time when I came to pick up my fixed car I was told it still wasnt ready and needed other sensors ordered. They wouldnt work with me to give me another car and forced me to take a refund. Bought many cars in my life, never had this happen to me. Worst car buying experience

Yesterday I visited Certi-Care Pre-Owned of Huntington and purchased a used 2012 Honda Civic. The salesman Hector was the most helpful employee I have ever had, and with buying my first car I have dealt with many. Hector invested 4 hours of his time to make sure the vehicle I purchased was not only affordable, but sleek and safe as well. The finance manager Anthony Antoinette helped seal the deal by guiding me through the many options that he gave me; he is a very honest and professional man. Overall, my experience buying my first car from Certi-Care Pre-Owned of Huntington was spectacular and I am very excited to return in the future.

Had a pretty good experience purchasing a Crosstour here. Glenn was excellent at meeting or needs and helping us get the price wanted. The financial department was slightly misleading and didnt inform us fully about the service contract we purchase. We no have to travel 40 minuets to get out car serviced which is kind of I inconvenient. The whole experience was a good one and Id recommend this dealership to anyone looking for no hassle car buying affair. Theres always a leaning curve when car shopping so I dont feel we were treated unfairly, we just didnt fully understand the parameters of our service contract.

BEWARE the extended warranty/service contract. They will sell you a contract with terms RETROACTIVE to when the car was put on the road, NOT from when you purchased the contract. For example, if the car is 2 years old and you purchase a 5 year contract, the contract will end in 3 years. You are essentially paying for service on a car you didnt own at the time. Makes sense? No? Not to me either. (I would have only given 1 star, but I love my CRV. Aside from this $2K rip-off, everything else went well.)

This dealership is amazing. They have so much to choose from. spoke to Steve LoPinto one the salespeople and I told him what I was looking for and my budget and In no time I was on a test drive in a 2013 HOnda CR-V. He went over all the features with m and it was the perfect vehicle. My credit was not the best or the worst and June Torres went over all my options with me. I purchase 2015 accord lx black for my son the experience was awesome the sales person Angel falcon was great knowledge and knew the inventory the show room is huge every body is friendly at the dealer they have a big selection of Preowned cars the finance manager june torres was great got the loan approve with a payment that was affordable for my son and he explained the 10 years 125k power train warranty that comes with the car I will recommend the dealer to all my family and friends
