So heres my review a year later. In June 2015 when I was 20, I bought a 2005 Chevy Malibu. This is my first used car purchase and to be honest I didnt know what to look for. I was just excited to have my own car. When I got the car I noticed the breaks made this horribly embarrassing wailing sound and when I asked they said my car is supposed to make that noise... So I let it go. I wrote a honestly brutal review because multiple things were wrong from the beginning that I was too dumb to realize until others pointed it out.. to which they called me up and said they would fix these mistakes if I had told them within that first month. I did realize that I should have told them the problems within that first month but there were so many major and minor things it was ridiculous. My visor broke (the lights wouldnt work), which they replaced. But then the passenger side visor broke too, which they just took the lights out instead of replacing it... Not too happy about that but fine. But my AC didnt work and that to date is still the biggest problem. It blew air but not cold air at all, so I went the summer with the windows down. When I wrote the review they said to bring it in when I got home from college so they could fix it.... I brought it in November. All I think they did was just waste my time. Because then I finally took it too a mechanic. So now I found out that truth, my breaks that they said were fine and that they replaced, were NOT. All my break pads and rotors needed to be replaced, so after I brought it in to them and they told me they replaced it, the squealing only got worse and cost me $400.... Not to mention I was basically driving around for MONTHS with no break pads. And my AC which they temporarily fixed or probably never did, it was winter so Im sure my AC just carried in cold air... was totaled at $900 to fix whatever was broken and to refill the coolant. So if youre a naive young person looking to find a good quality car, good luck. Because I got this car, spent all this money, only to have to spend almost $1,500 extra. These problems existed when the car was in their lot, they told me they would fix it, but wasted my time. I should have just brought it into a mechanic the first day I got the car to make sure everything was okay and they would have given me a bill of $1,500 for everything that was wrong and I would have returned the car. I was extremely happy when I found out that they were going to help me out months later and I was going to write this phenomenal review because anyone who helps you when they dont need to is pretty awesome, but they literally just made things worse. Worst experience ever. And $1,500 out the door, because ya know I dont have college to pay for. But other than the pre-existing problems that have haunted me for a year now and buried me in debt, the car runs well. if youre young and a first time buyer maybe try elsewhere.

Short summary: Tony and Steve were both friendly and did not pressure during the sale. I appreciated the honesty, friendliness, and relaxed attitude of the staff at Frontline. Long version for those who care: Too many other places are uptight about things they shouldnt be (test drive, pre-purchase inspection at a garage, etc) and feel like they have to sell you a car even if its not a good fit for you or its a bad car in general. I do my homework on anything I buy, so if I come down to look at a car and it checks out, I will buy it. The salespeople just need to not screw it up and they will earn a sale. At Frontline, I saw a 2004 Sonata that looked nice and I came down to check it out. Tony took a copy of my license, asked a few questions, and then gave me the keys and said to take it for a spin. I know some people like to ride with the salesperson to gauge their personality or whatever, but Tonys attitude was much more to my liking. The car rode nicely, the Carfax checked out that I ran (Tony was accomodating about my request to check the VIN on my own), and the few problems I did notice Steve was quick about having his mechanic fix. No one gave me a hard time about having the car looked at by a nearby mechanic before purchase and Steve even said "If there are a few things wrong I will fix them for you and if something really bad comes back I dont want to sell you that kind of a car anyway." Good stuff. I have never bought a car off a used dealers lot before (I usually deal private party) but my experience at Frontline was really good and the people you will encounter are genuine, not the sales robots at many other places. You should always do your HW on a car as much as possible (because hey, you never know) but the people at Frontline seem like decent folks who are not trying to rip anyone off. I do actually have confidence that they stand behind what they sell. And thats something you cant say about many places anymore.

2010 GMC 1500 Sierra Pickup Truck Pre-Owned - Aesthetically Very Clean, Body and Mechanically Excellent Condition...including Original Mfg. Warranty in force. Purchase Price was below well Known Book Values. It was a beautiful Purchase and I just fell in love with the GMC Truck, I call her "Sierra Black". Customer Service is through the roof, no hassles, no annoying sales pitches, no BS...just Good Quality Vehicles and a No Non-Sense service...Most Important; No hidden last minute selling cost. One Price includes all, including the Registration & License plates to drive off on your journey. There are two main people you can deal directly with, Tony and Steve. Tony took care of me and beyond. He made the purchase of my New Vehicle a Dream come True. Thank you Tony! Personal Note: I Searched all around the Tri-State Area, including New Jersey, CT. for a Truck in Fair to Excellent condition at a reasonable price, found none, but yet...I found this in my own back yard at FRONTLINE AUTO Dealership. It was my second look at FRONTLINE because I knew they had Good Vehicles in stock or continuously getting stock... and by chance they just got the Truck that I was looking for on the day before. So...my advice. If your looking for a car/truck or whatever...ask Tony or Steve, Im sure they can help. Good luck & Happy Shopping.... Robert T.

My wife needed a dependable car for work at a fair price. We could not afford new so we decided on a used vehicle with an extended warranty. We found some crazy prices on other dealer lots and the pressure to buy made us walk out of one car lot. We have been living in the area for 20 years and pass this car lot all the time so I went to the website and found something that sounded good. We went to the car lot to check the car out Steve and Tony both could not be more helpful. We decided not to make our decision on the first visit expecting to hear it wont be here when you come back, I need a deposit all the other b.s. we heard from several other dealers. T o make along story short we came back , road tested the car Steve and Tony took care of the financing and the car prep and we closed the deal that day. TWO DAYS NO HASSLE A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I would highly recommend Frontline to anyone. Thanks again Steve and Tony
