Want to echo above people. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Very friendly people that are at best incompetent and at worst liars that do not stand behind the vehicles they sell. Heres my story: I bought a car from them via ebay. It was a 2006 VW Passat. The ebay listing had the car described as in "excellent" condition and I was told that a "new" battery was installed into the car. When picking up the car, Im given a Fob, this fob also starts the car. Dealer mentions the oil has also recently been checked and is good. I start driving home (2+ hours away) and within the hour get a message on my dash, "PULL OVER - TURN OFF ENGINE - OIL PRESSURE LOW" accompanied by loud beeping. This is unnerving and worrying as you can imagine, already a bad sign. I make it home and immediately start purchasing preventative maintenance items for car. New timing belt, water pump, etc -I had anticipated this would be necessary. Car is not driven for about 1 1/2 weeks. Finally got all my supplies and head to mechanic except...I cant open the door. My fob isnt working. Looking online, I read that the fob is supposed to contain an emergency key, to open car in these sort of situation except...my fob does not contain this key. Nor was I told its missing or might be necessary. Contact dealer, explain situation. Im told that I probably left lights on and battery died. I explain that I cant check the battery because I cant pop the hood since I cant get into my vehicle. The dealer tells me I need to jack the car or call AAA and jump the car from under the car. I counter that this is seriously impractical. its much easier and cheaper to deal with any battery issues by simply popping the hood. That a key is a very basic thing that you should be given when you purchase a car. I respectfully ask the dealer to cover the cost of having this key made. Im not asking them to cover the battery or anything else (since that may be my fault). I locate the cheapest service I can find to have this key made, $150. Im not trying to squeeze them for anything, just give me a key to the car I PAID FOR. They refuse. I had the key made, got inside the car and saw that the lights were indeed NOT left on. The "new" battery they gave me was mostly likely used/refurbished from a different car (didnt even have a label of any kind) and died. Ive now had to spend 1k+ including A KEY, an actual working battery, numerous parts, and a mechanic for my car in "excellent" condition. Long story short, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

BUYER BEWARE...... - This company doesnt stand behind their vehicles. They sell defective vehicles and then hide behind their "As Is" documentation. I purchased a vehicle from them and for two weeks since the purchase I have been back there 3 times. The first time was because the heat in the car didnt work, and by the way it still doesnt work after I was told that it was fixed. The second time was because the brakes were failing which they fixed but now they are squealing very loudly. Now this is the beginning of the 3rd week that I have had the car and the vehicle is sitting in my driveway with an Oil leak a dead battery possibly bad alternator ,and the check engine light went on after I picked it up from them at the end of last week. Now he is telling me that his mechanic is away for the nest 10 days and he cant help me, He sold it to me "As Is" and he cant fix anything else. I know that I am at fault here for not checking the car and the company out better, but I just dont want anyone else to fall prey to this guy. BUYER BEWARE Update: 4/2/2014 I had the 2001 Audi A4 Quatro for less then a year and during that time I put almost 5K into it and each time that I did, something else broke. I finally ended up getting rid of the car and purchasing another one. Stay away from this guy at all cost.

Horrible place with very untrustworthy people. I bought a Toyota Tundra Truck 2003 which looked in great condition but it turns out that the frame needed to be replaced and $2000 needed to be put into it on top of the frame. The dealer had told me before even driving out to look at this vehicle that the frame was not cracked and it had been evaluated by Toyota which come to find out was a straight out lie. When Toyota looked at the frame they found were Import Auto Sales had used duct tape, bondo, and black spray paint to due a really nice job on hiding it. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Dont buy from these guys they sell most of theyre car site unseen and I cant imagine well actually I can now from all the bad reviews and the 8 better business case currently open and filed against them. I even went to look at the car in person and looked it over very closely and still got one pulled over me by these wolves in sheep clothing and be careful they will lie right to your face and say anything for you to buy the car. Dont fall prey to these unscrupulous business men. When looking for a car avoid these guys no matter how good the car looks.

Leaving a bad review on every site possible ! Buyer beware ... dealer is a fraud selling on ebay and misrepresenting product then getting a non refundable deposit on inaccurate listings. Car was advertised as working as it should yet when I started to drive it alignment off, brakes shaking, warning lights on and flashing and trunk warped and all issues not mentioned . Ask for deposit back and even agreed at 1 point for less just to get this shady operator out of my life only to be asked to give positive feedback on ebay and would give some deposit back . Because I asked ebay for help and decided to give me nothing back . A thief and should be ashamed of himself . Karma is a ....
