Every One Here Is Extremely Rude and Dishonest. If You Are Not In The Look Out,They Will Steal From You Right Infront Of Your Face And Lie About It... Horrible Place! My Advice Is To Stay Away From Purchasing A Car Here And If You Are Going To Finance With Them, Good Luck! Its A Freaking Nightmare. They Dont Take Out Car Payments On Time, You Have To Constantly Call Them And Ask Why The Payment Hasnt Gotten Taken Out Yet. Even Though They Are At Fault They Still Try To Make You Pay A Late Fee. They Will Also Try To Over Charge You Without Consultation And Will Give You Attitudes But Wont Fix Any Issues. Financing With Them Has Been The Worst Mistake Ever. Every Single Month I Have To Deal With Their Unprofessional Behavior. Dont Stress Your Life Out Or Waste Your Money On these Rude, Lying People... I Also Havent Had The Car For A Year Yet, When Ive Already Wasted Over $2,000 On Mechanical Work. Also, From $4,000 That The Car Was Suppost To Be, They Cheated Me Into Paying Almost $11,000. This Adds Up To Me Basically Paying For 3 Cars Instead Of 1. All Because Its Financing With Them... I Am Paying More Money For Financing With Them Than What The Car Is Worth. The Car Is Worth $4,000 But The Financing Itself Is $7,000. Exactly! I Could Have Bought Three Vehicles. Purchase/ Finance With Them At Your Own Risk. You Will End Up Over Paying Drastically.

Terrible experience, the black sales guy couldnt even do basic math, only offered 4K for my trade in but said I cant get a car over 12k, ok so, 14k-4K= 10k, plus tax and other reasonable fees should be around 12k. NOT TOO MENTION, The advertised down payment for their buy here pay here is 35% of the vehicle, which when I called they didnt say such thing about the limit, 35% of 14k is $4k, give or take a few hundred. There was no reason for his additude or Demonor. His response? "Welcome to buy here pay here" so apparently that means they can treat you like trash. Lol ok EDIT: these people will call and verbally threaten you, when my friend and I called them back because they barraged us with a reply that was so un professional, the "owner" answered and said he would "come too my house, & that he has my address". Little did he know I was recording the whole conversation and plan on going after them legally and civilly. DO NOT buy from these people. You have better luck with drug dealers.

Where do I even begin. The price on the cars are fantastic. The selection of the cars are phenomenal. The condition and quality of their cars are the best. The staff are super nice. I cu dent be any happier that i found this place . By the time i got in it only took a few hours to be in and out the dealership with my beautiful new car the fact that we filled out an application on line helped a lot too it made the process go faster than usual.The car was ready detailed, oil change, inspection, and plates it was all a matter of signing and driving off.Thanks to the guys and the girls there that did an incredible great job i am very please will not go anywhere else from now on i definitely recommend this dealership to any one Im definitely sending everyone I know here to the salesman Krys that helped us out. P.S. They also have a repair shop witch is very convenient for us since we live around the area and will greatly benefit us since we also received a very good warranty from them.

Bought a BMW from these guys and it was a terrible experience. Very unprofessional. I dealt with Ray and Chris when purchasing my car. Ray was able to help with most things, but unfortunately did not follow up with most of the things he was so helpful about. It has been 3 months and I still have not received my registration from them because there dmv guy is on vacation for a month. I had mechanical issues with the car and was working with Chris. Everytime I would ask for follow up on a situation he said he would call back and never did. Finally I asked if he could help and guess what.. he no longer works there - very convenient. I asked to talk to a manager and set up an appointment and the guy makes me wait for 1.5 hours and he decides not to show up. These guys are a joke. Do not buy a car from them.

Tried to sell me a vehicle with a salvaged title without disclosing it. They are very sketchy and just want your money. Not to mention the "deposit" on the car was taken as a down payment effectively locking me into buying the car, if not for them illegally trying to sell a salvage without the proper disclosure. Go elsewhere or you will regret it. If not today then the next time you bring your car to be fixed and your mechanic tells you theres massive frame damage the was just patched together.

Thank god we didnt buy a car from this dump. The big fat black guy was very rude, kept changing his stories and kept recommending cars with salvaged titles that were damaged or in floods. The polak lady didnt want to help at all, it was like we were burdening her as customers. When looking at the cars, the fat black dude said "are you going to buy something or just play musical cars". His attitude was a disgrace, Some of the cars wouldnt start at all. STAY FAR AWAY.

This is a used car lot that specialize in selling high end vehicles. The sales woman Missy is the most honest and professional to deal with. All the bad reviews seem to be from a bad apple emoyee that ruined the bunch. Just do your research and deal with Mss.
