We purchased a Ferrari from Exotic Classics after having it inspected by a Ferrari dealer. Exotic Classics assured us that the car was in great condition and provided a warranty that the convertible top was operational. When the car arrived, the top rail was bent, the soft top was torn in several places and the power top did not work. The inspecting Ferrari dealer confirmed that the top rail was straight and the top not torn when inspected. We received photos taken at Exotic Classics after our purchase but before shipping which showed the convertible damage. The shipper provided photos taken before transport showing the damage occured at Exotic Classics. We also discovered that the front under the body shell had been removed and that the rear under the body shell was severely damaged and a portion of it missing. The inspecting Ferrari dealer confirmed that the shells were in place at the time of the inspection. Craig of Exotic Classics warranted that the car was “all original” and represented that it had never been in an accident; we discovered that the front bumper was repaired or replaced and that the paint color on it did not match the rest of the car. The right door was not operational and we discovered that the inner handle was broken and another part was missing; again, the inspecting Ferrari dealer confirmed that it operated at the time of the inspection. So far, we have repair estimates in excess of $11,500 and Exotic Classics is providing no assistance or reimbursement for its warranty.

That Ferrari Eric is an F killer. During his test driving. Yes, HIS "test drive". Im at the passenger side. He take PHONE CALLS!!!!! And texting!!! Check his phone record! Well, Im not 100% sure his texting, maybe Facebook or something more important than driving. I literally saw him both thumbs flying on his phone screen and use his thigh-knee part controlling the wheel and exit the highway!!! Thank God Im alive. Not to mention the exchange afterward. Erics phone got his interest, so after his thigh-knee driving out of highway like a pro racer, he just stopped at the red left turn light, OPENED THE DOOR, and let me finally exchange seat to drive. Hello? Its in the middle of the road, the straight light is still green, and you want me to switch? With the door open? Also because I dont have a safe and peaceful place to figure out the function of these buttons & the adjust the mirror. I had to blindly trust Erics commands take turns(and he leads me on the highway!) My side mirrors reflect car doors and the reflector in the middle shows blue sky. Its definitely a miracle that Im alive after following his commands. Thank God Hallelujah. I wanted to give a 0/5 star for this reckless killer. But two 1/5 star also works. One for him and one for something I believe they have:"staff training"

Lets start from the beginning me and my parents were at Piccoloso having dinner celebrating a wonderful accomplishment in my life. My father made the suggestion that I should buy really nice car to celebrate this occasion. On a whim we started Googling some cars and the next thing I realized Im calling exotic Classics in Syosset which was only 5 miles away from where were eating dinner. I called at 8 p.m. with little expectations of an answer but on the first ring Brandon answered with a pleasant hello how can I help you. My first question was you guys are really open this late. He said no he was finishing up some paperwork but will be more than happy to help me I said if we left now we could be there in 10 minutes could you show us the Ferrari F430 they had for sale. He replied with no problem. We rushed and got the bill drove over there. At the door Brandon walk us around showed us the car and by 11 p.m. we were doing paperwork on the purchase of my new Ferrari F430 thank you so much for the wonderful experience from start to end you went above and beyond. I just wish I could give more than 5 stars for Brandon and exotic Classics in Syosset what an incredible experience and a perfect night. Thank you again.

That Ferrari Eric is an F professional. I had a test drive this afternoon. He "eh..." and "guess" the button when I asked him. And this gentleman exerted his employee benefit. He drove "his" car all the way to his home and called it a day...seriously?!! We were at the gas station and the reason he provided to my friend in another car followed behind was "I dont trust his driving" Such INSULTING and OFFENSIVE. And the second he hopped on the car he said "Im so sorry" to me(Im at the passenger side) He implied he was tired, "I cant do this all day. I need to go home" Then clearly my "horrible driving" is a lie. Cant you find a better excuse than hurting me? Im not surprised that he was tired because Erics is a PRO RACER. Of course the adrenaline from reckless driving will exhaust anyone whos doing that. Can I claim the reason you insult me & disrespect my test drive experience is because you are dealing with an Asian guy? Do you like Asian people Eric? Im not intended to bring this to another level, so I blame the staff training is not enough. It is a great place, but shamefully I met the wrong man.

I purchased a 2009 VW CC. An unassuming vehicle. Craig Balaban stated in the vehicle description, meticulously cared for, no stories, no drama. I, an out of state buyer, relied on other to inspect and critique the vehicle. Craig pressured for a site unseen purchase. " I can deliver it to your door for $1450.00". As soon as I drove the vehicle I noticed an issue. The issue, 2 bent wheels and an impact break or broken cords in a tire. It was obviously noticed an attempt to cover it up was made. Shiny new wheel weights and the swapping out of the spare to reduce the vibrations. However, amazingly leaving the dangerously damaged tire on the vehicle mounted on a bent wheel. The owner, a regular and friend of Craig was described as a collector of numerous exotic vehicles. He, Jay Goldstein or exotic classics knowingly damaged the vehicle then pawned the responsibility off to others. What fortitude. I purchased this vehicle for my college aged daughter. A fact informed to Craig and was told related to Jay. It was only her life on the line.
