I came here to look at a 2004 Nissan altima last week. I was thinking of getting it when I noticed that it was missing the splash shield exposing belts and other parts under the engine. They kept saying that it was an aesthetic but its not. I dont want to worry of water damage or debris getting through. Also it was supposed to hold the bumper into place . Which is why the bumper was hanging off too missing clips and looking fragile. When I brought it up to Dave the salesman who I was dealing with, he said they could get it done. They supposedly do these inspection checks but I dont see how they would miss the splash shield. That was just negligence maybe hoping I wouldnt notice. They wanted me to put a down payment and have the work done in writing. I appreciate JP for not pressuring me on that and Im glad I didnt sign anything. When I came back, they only put part of the splash shield on and I seen that the belts and other components were still exposed for water and debris to possibly get through. I brought it to Daves attention and he blamed JP for not understanding what I told him. He said he would get it done. I come back a again and before I get to have a look at the "work" theyve supposedly done for the shields, Dave wanted to do paper work and have me fill forms. Im not going to buy something before I see what you done. So I say I want to see the car first. I see they cut a piece of the shield and drilled it on with regular screws probably from his drawer very poor work and unprofessional had cut rigs on the shield too. Then I look on the other side of the car and it still has no shield to protect it. At this point I am upset. Wasting my time when I clearly explained what issue I had with it and them doing a half -assed job. I was going to pay in cash and Im not going to drop almost 5000$ Just to later have to deal with the issues they neglected. On top of seeing the shields not installed I turned on the car and heard tapping in the engine as it started up which was new. They kept telling me splash shield is an aesthetic which I didnt appreciate. I also didnt appreciate the little names Dave was calling me. Im about serious business dont call me girl or sweet heart. Or make comments about buying a blouse in reference to me buying a car (which was on day one incase you dont remember that comment). So I went back inside and told dave I wasnt interested anymore. I told him about the strange noise upon starting up and that the shield wasnt installed right and the other side didnt even have a shield. He gave me a face and said ok good luck sweet heart. Then I left and about 15 minutes after leaving dave texts me. Thanking me for passing on this car because someone else wants it. Kudos to whoever wants it after the 15 minutes I left I really dont care for that but I didnt need that kind of harassment. Ive attached the screen shots to show how unprofessional this place was. Dave cared only for his commission and his true colors came out. I was going to leave a good review if they kept their word. I wasnt even going to leave a bad review until Dave harassed me after I left. I would never recommend this place waste of time.

I give this dealership a 2 out of 5, i recently bought a car for $3,000 ( includes registration, plate, and sales fees), the car its self is in good condition, seems like the previous owners took care of it. Very friendly people but communication or management is obviously an issue here. Had some minor problems in the car (brakes and tie rods). Theres almost no such thing as appointments here, all they tell you is bring the car by and well see if the mechanic can take a look at it. This is my 5th trip to this place for just those 2 minor issues. I couldnt imagine how they would go about fixing major problems, would probably have to make 20 trips back and forth. I dont blame this on the sales people or the mechanics, but something is not right here, maybe the owner gives the mechanics too much work to do, I dont know. Just know what youre getting your self into before buying a car here. Had i spent more that $10,000 here i would have been beyond pissed. The parts they add are the cheap stuff, literally the garbage the cheapskates buy from autozone. When my brakes were done they only replaced the 2 front rotors and pads, even though the rear was in terrible condition also. The repairs i got from here are just temporary until my dad gets back so i can put some oem parts into the car. Like I said the reps and the mechanics are cool, I dont blame them. Im going to ride this car until the wheels fall off then my next car will certainly be from a legitimate dealership. If youre wondering why i didnt go to a reputable dealership in the first place, its because i dont like to finance for now. I have good credit but Im 22 and insurnace companies like to rape people my age, especially for full coverage. The cheapest quote i ever got for full coverage was around $500 per month. Hopefully this helps a few people save a hassle or maybe youll go in knowing what youre getting into. Tony was the rep that helped me, cool dude.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car. I dealt with Tony who was honest and upfront about the car and its history and fixed the few issues with the car I noticed during the test drive. After we negotiated a fair price for the car and payed he kept his word and not only fixed the few issues but went beyond what I expected and replaced all the brake rotors and pads. During the test ride a check engine light came on and upon coming back Tony had the mechanic come right out and hook up the obd code reader in front of me and it turned out to be the fuel pressure sensor which they replaced for me. They knew about the recalls on the car and had verification they had been fixed. They performed all the work quickly even over the Thanksgiving holiday and had the car registered and detailed when I arrived to pick it up. Usually you expect a bad experience when purchasing a car and even more so a used one but H&S and especially Tony dispelled that myth for me. Its rare (in my experience) to have such an easy and honest dealing when purchasing a car so I wanted to write this review as a thank you to Tony and the H&S staff that helped.

I came in not sure what I wanted, spoke with the salesman and Manager. Everyone was very friendly and down to Earth. They guided me into a really nice Honda Civic, got me approved, Love the car, Love my Payment ($75 less a month than I told them I wanted to be). Everyone Should do business like these guys At H&S. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND TO EVRERYONE INCLUDING MY WHOLE FAMILY!!!
