The owner has to be a morally bankrupt individual. What a horrible experience this has been, and it was unfortunate that the "OWNER" actual insulted me on a "PERSONAL" basis. I "rented" an ECON book on Jan 30, and brought it back on Jan 31 to return. The owner said "We are past the cut off date, I cant take it back." I said I rented it yesterday, are you kidding me. He said "NMSU cut off dates are in." NMSU cut off date was the Sunday before. You are the OWNER why are you lieing to your customers? What I took personally is what he said after he lied. "Look I will do you a favor and refund you some, but your getting an attitude." At this point there was a moment of silence, He literally expected me to apologize after he lied to me. I walked out. Over 90 bucks to rent a book one day, if you want to return it, you will be lied to, and once your upset that you have been lied to, you will be asked for an apology before your partial refund! You are OWNER of the YEAR! Now to the Better Business Burea! Is he wasnt a liar, Id care a less. I can not imagine all the young undergrad students this guy has lied to to turn a dollar.

I have only purchased from this business a couple times, but I can tell you I never had the kind of bad experience described in the negative reviews, And I spent 16 years in specialty retail, so I think I have a little bit of credibility. And who exactly is "A Google User?" What evidence is there that the same person didnt write all the negative reviews, for some reason that I wont even speculate on? This is the problem with anonymity on the internet; no accountability. If you had a bad experience, you should be required to provide proof; date, time, circumstances, etc. And you should be willing to back up your accusations with your own name.

Why isnt there less than one star? The owner is a drunk, you can smell it. Thats probably why he was so rude. I dont like getting hit on when trying to buy books and I dont like getting over charged because I have a boyfriend... sorry buddy Im going to Barnes and Noble NMSU Bookstore. Be careful girls! Seriously, how is this place still open? They offer lower prices and dont have them, their customer service sucks, apparently I am not the only one taking the time to write a negative review... Do yourself a favor and just keep on driving if you see this place.

Last semester was the first time getting books here and it was a great experience. They found the book for you and would price check with others textbooks stores online and at Barnes and Nobles. Unlike NMSU Barnes and Nobles where you pretty much have to look for your books and pay a lot more than you should. Another reason I like the Campus Bookstore was what they did for me since, the price checking that was down saved me around $200 worth or book money.

The Campus Bookstore is by far the best option when purchasing your textbooks! I was greeted with friendly customer service and bought my books for a price that is perfect for someone on a budget. I came during the rush and even though they were busy, I was in and out in no time! I will continue to buy textbooks from them! 10/10 would recommend!

Heres the bottom line, They are much cheaper than NMSU and the best place to go to on a budget in town. So expect them to be super busy around the start and end of each term and the service is rushed because of it. What more could you expect if you wait until the last minute, if you get there a week early they are great.

I called them for a math book and they were very helpful and nice and didnt laugh at me when I didnt know what I was talking about!!! They were friendly and helpful and talked to me nice as well as my kids!!! I would recommend them to everyone because they know what they are doing and they know their stuff!!!

I have been getting my books from the Campus Bookstore for the past three years and found that they have better prices than the other options . During the busy points at the beginning and the end of the semester, they offer great service and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

There has never been a time that I have had to wait longer than five minutes when visiting this location. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful in explaining the process and the prices are competitive with other book stores. This is my first stop in looking for all my texts.

I have had the best service every semester for the last 2 years, they always have the books I need and ready to go because I get my schedule to them early to reserve my books and go in to pick them up the day before school starts! The staff are wonderful and helpful.

Ive never had a bad experience coming here! The staff are friendly and extremely helpful and their textbook prices are the lowest in town. Even when its jam packed at the beginning and end of the semester, Ive never had to wait long and have always been treated well.

Staff is friendly and website is great. Pulled all my books and reserved them for a week (until the first day of classes). The only way you can beat their prices is buying grey market books from Malaya and waiting a month for them to ship.

The employees arent real nice, and have trouble actually helping you. They seem too rushed to help the customer even when there is only one. I got the feeling the guy at the counter just wanted me to hurry up and leave.
