Zen Disaster

One of last big box bookstores. This seems to be one of the larger Barnes & Nobles with two stories. They are now half filled with toys, as I guess those are selling better than books at the moment. They have a huge magazine collection and a large discount section. Their audio/video section is small, however. Their book selection seems adequate. Their technical book are aimed more towards beginners ( as most folks going to a bookstore for technical information are ). And they have a huge Manga section with all the new stuff. There is also a coffee shop inside that seems to get the most traffic and you can hear the coffee shops customers conversation all through the store. Staff is minimal as you can only find someone behind a register, usually. You can swear there is only one person running the whole place. Sometimes the "help" desk is manned, but more often, it is not. Which is fine, because most of the time you just want to wonder and browse anyway. Teenagers wonder aimlessly through the store, usually in pairs (couples) or groups. Sometimes they are loud but you can usually ignore them and since I was an obnoxious teenager in the past, I really cant complain about them. In summary, I like wondering around there for the browsing and the people watching. Hope the place sticks around and Amazon doesnt bury it.

Oh I Love It there, I can spend all day long there just looking at all the books & I love to read, my gosh the books are wonderful along with the Music CDs. Its a wonderful place to find probably any book youre looking for The people are very nice willing to help you with whatever your looking for. There is so much to look at if there was enough time I would stay there forever and never leave, this place is Awesome!!

Considering theres not a lot of book stores in Tucson Arizona that have the newest products Barnes & Noble is one of my favorite places to go now however the prices may be hi is still a good place to go when you want the newest books and other things as well also is Right In the Foothills Mall so you can check out the other stores when you go straight through the mall and through Barnes & Noble highly recommended

Really well kept up store with an awesome selection. They have had in Stock the magpi magazine for raspberry pi both times I have gone in looking for it. Their staff is really knowledgeable about all their products and always know exactly where products are. Theyre great about special ordering or even advising where else to get something if they dont have it in stock.

I had an interaction with Dave, the store manager when at the customer service desk. Super helpful and sweet with my kids. He went above and beyond for my daughter and I appreciate it! We love this store and visit often. Great place for kiss, great customer service. A worker from the childs department remembers my daughters name every visit.

Store is clean, well organized and staff is friendly. Like other B/N the store music selection sucks and volume is way too high. People want to shop, talk, relax and you know....read a book/magazine. The ugly wooden chairs suck also. And theres no big chairs, whats with that. Otherwise nothing else to complain about.

Ive always had a good time at this location, they have adequate stock of new and classic books, usually good deals, and recently have upgraded their stock of oddities such as games, toys, and gifts for readers. The coffee here isnt great but the location feels cozy and is a nice place to go chill at for a few hours.

Convienient location in the mall, easy to get in and out of with minimum fuss. Excellent selection of books and vinyls, friendly and helpful staff. Coffee area is nice quiet place to sip your favorite coffee or tea and get to know your newly purchased book.

They used to have a 20%off which helped the book trade years ago, now, fugettaboutittttttt Dont bring your bike in the store as Ive seen them harrass them and applying for a job there, they have their own clinic and the old guy who does it, pfffttt.

I can and do spend hours here. You should too. Its not a library but feel free to browse and peruse the vast selection of books. One of the rare places you can "try before you buy" and I strongly suggest you do. You wont be disappointed.

I love reading, and Barnes and Noble is ten times better than a library. Theyve got a nice café where you can get tea and cookies and just sit with a book. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, I absolutely love this location.

The atmosphere at the Barnes and Nobles in the foothills mall is absolutely calming. I had to take a picture of outside entrance & share. Enjoyed the people working there. Friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Great customer service recommend books that I personally love. Came in for an exercise video left with 6 or 7 books, 2 bookmarksx and an exercise video that we couldnt find anywhere else.

Massive Book store that has just about everything you could want as well as other things like boards games, puzzles, movies, albums, and a cafe. Love this place

Love coming here but sadly they close way earlyer then there hours described. I went knowing they closed at 10pm but where already closed at 9:10 that sucks.

The selection is standard for a Barnes and Noble store even with the large floor area. Some sections are upstairs, accessible by escalator or elevator.
