Gravity Bomb

The employees are friendly and The management puts safety and comfort of their employees over the opinions of the customers in areas where sexual harrassment is an issue. Most places have a "the customer is always right" attitude and will often ignore when a customer is making an employee uncomfortable. I appreciate that this is actively abolished in this particular store and that customers will be banned from returning if they repeatedly act out or harrass the employees.

Ive never had any problems with the staff. They may be young and a bit unenthusiastic, but they always give me the help I need, thank me, etc. The store has great long hours, including the cafe, and you can reserve books online for pickup at the front counter within an hour. I try to shop local, but I must say B&N is a convenient, friendly alternative when I cant get downtown.
