Good to have this alternative in town! I enjoy the fact that they often carry a slightly different product line than Wal-Mart (furniture, bedding, bath, kitchen, etc.) or Albertsons (grocery items). Prices are reasonable (sometimes the best!). Floor staff occasionally scarce, but theyre always helpful when you find them.

Wow. The customer service was amazing. They were friendly and assisted me even though they were closing in ten minutes. They made sure I got my rewards points too. They were cheerful.and made you feel welcomed. Their prices are.wonderful and interesting food items .

One of the better stores for customer service. Management and employees have always been very helpful and friendly... something you dont always find with larger stores, and the prices are great. Lots of oddball stuff that youd never guess existed.

Great place to buy furniture when they have their 20% off sales, the store itself is a bit dingy though. I think Big Lots might end up like Kmart if they dont renovate their stores every once in awhile.
