I love Big Lots I use to go to the one on Valencia but its no longer there So go to the one on oracle they have so many little things you can get for family members during the holidays or just whenever they have so many cute things. I love shopping there at Christmas I always buy the Little Debbie Christmas trees you can only find them there, so I get boxes of them. Its a really good place to shop The ladies are helpful and very nice. The prices are very reasonable youll like it there.

I was looking for a certain item. I took me 15 mins to find someone. When I found them they pointed in the direction I was to go. I looked another 10 mins could not find it. Finally I went to the cashier and she said rather rudely that it was under my nose. This was a $129.00 item, I almost walked out ,if it had not been for my 10 year old granddaughter.

The Oracle Big Lots needs a refresher in customer service. The managers are not very interested in talking or helping customers. When I pointed out a discrepancy in their website sales dates and their sales flyer they were dismissive and rude. I see their attitude with other patrons and they are just as dismissive, and at times rude.

Can sometimes find ridiculously good deals, and other times find items more expensive than anywhere else. Be conscious of expected prices on good youre looking for, and you might be able to sift through the dud deals. Did this place get bought out by a new owner? Feels like the deals arent as sweet as they used to be.

Everything is so inexpensive here and the selection changes all the time. The staff are surprisingly friendly too. I got bargain sparking water, mustard and other food items at a great price.

Big Lots is a decent place to go for most stuff that you would find at Walmart. Their food is fickle some of its overpriced, but there is some good Bargains there too.
