I just had the most terrible experience ever with this CVS. Okay, maybe this will sound over-dramatic and silly but if you have taken film pictures before you might understand! I ordered JUSTjust a CD with my photos (two rolls) last week, and since Im often on a busy schedule, I was only able to pick it up today. I went, and first of all, when they wrung everything up, it was $130. WTF. The guy seemed extremely confused and we stood there for like 5 minutes. Next, I noticed they made prints of my pictures....which I had never ordered. So they took them out and just let us pay for the two CDs, which was $12....a little expensive? (might go to Rite Aid next time). When I got home, only ONE of the CDs had pictures on it, and from only one of the rolls (out of two). What? After a complicated phone conversation, now I have to go back there again and retrieve another CD with the photos actually on it....unfortunately I am going on a trip so that will be another two weeks. Photos that I could have seen in one week will now take three weeks in total, and I am not pleased. Furthermore, I did not know that you are only allowed to have your negatives back if you order prints. This is just another bad thing on top of all the other ones, but I probably should have asked. Never go to CVS for photo prints.

Refused to take printed coupons. Guess they dont know their own policy where it says can be printed in color or black and white as long as it carries a barcode. Hell, their own website links to the damn coupons and one was a CVS Pharmacy coupon!! Absolute unhelpful and lazy people at this location. I go to 4 other CVS locations and use the same coupons every week with 0 issues. Even the person behind me said, what they dont take coupons here.

The pharmacy is staffed by worthless idiots: it took them 3 days to fill an antibiotic prescription after I called them 4 times. On day 1 they told me the treatment costs 140$, on day 3, after telling me they ordered it and its on the way, it turns out it costs 31,000$!!!
